"I was on the phone when it happened, and I couldn't move and couldn't speak," RyAnne Fultz, who has epilepsy, told Wired News about her reaction to viewing one of the images on March 23.

1. In early March you said your church was not “particularly controversial.” Later in the month, after video clips of Jeremiah Wright had been repeatedly played on television, you admitted that you had heard Wright make statements in church that qualified him as a “fierce critic” of U.S. domestic and foreign policy and that “could be considered controversial.” You also said you “strongly disagree[d]” with some of Wright’s political views. Can you tell us what you specifically heard Wright say that you considered fiercely critical of U.S. policy, controversial, and with which you strongly disagreed?

2. During the approximately 20 years you attended Trinity United Church of Christ, did you hear Wright make comments or read things published in the “Pastor’s Page” of the church bulletin that could be fairly deemed to be anti-American, anti-Semitic, and/or a “profoundly distorted view of this country” (to quote from your speech on race)?

3. When did you first become aware of the fact that in 1984 Reverend Wright traveled to Libya with Louis Farrakhan to visit Muammar Qadhafi? Similarly, when did you become aware of Wright's role in giving Farrakhan a lifetime-achievement award and that Wright referred to the Nation of Islam leader as a man of “integrity and honesty?” Did those things trouble you when you learned of them?

4. Did you ever, even once, have a conversation with Reverend Wright in which you expressed your concern about his rhetoric and worldview? If not, do you now wish you had? What ought to have triggered that conversation with Wright?

5. In the speech on race you delivered a couple of weeks ago, you said you could “no more disown [Wright] than I can disown the black community.” Does that mean you believe Wright is synonymous with the embodiment of the black community, that they are one in the same? Is it your view that to disown any person who is black means you would therefore disown the black community? If so, does that mean you would be unable to “disown” someone like Louis Farrakhan? Are there any grounds on which you would disown Wright? If so, wouldn’t that (by your own logic) mean that you would disown the whole of the black community?

6. On ABC’s The View you said “had the Reverend [Wright] not retired and had he not acknowledged what he had said had deeply offended people and [was] inappropriate and mischaracterized what I believe is the greatness of this country, for all its flaws, then I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying there at the church.” Had you done so, how would that be different from “disowning” Wright?

7. Can you cite a single public statement in which Reverend Wright acknowledges that what he said deeply offended people, and was both inappropriate and a mischaracterization of what you believe is the greatness of this country? To what evidence of Wright’s public contrition can you point?

8. When you/those on your campaign cancelled Reverend Wright’s delivery of the invocation when you formally announced your run for the presidency in February 2007, what were the grounds for the cancellation? What did you know about Wright then that moved you to cancel his appearance?

9. With which elements, if any, of black liberation theology — as represented by Reverend Wright and Trinity United Church of Christ — do you strongly disagree? Do you think any of the core tenets of black liberation theology are racist? Are they consistent with, or fundamentally at odds with, your expressed desire to end racial divisions in this country?

10. Is there anything Reverend Wright has said in your presence that you fear will be made public and that your campaign is working to keep from coming out?

11. You have complained that America has been presented with an incomplete picture of Reverend Wright. Would you therefore urge Wright and Trinity United to make public all the sermons of Wright, as well as things he has written in the church bulletin and elsewhere, so we can see the full body of his work? And will you let us know, to the best of your ability, the dates you attended church services during the last 20 years?

12. Since the Wright story broke there seems to have been a concerted effort to keep Reverend Wright from speaking to the press or in public. If he is the man you says he is — if the soundbites we have all seen are anomalous and the portrait of him is a caricature — then why not encourage him to do interviews in order to set the record straight?

13. Do you think it was surprising or out of character for Reverend Wright to reprint an oped by a leading Hamas figure, Mousa Abu Mazook, in the “Pastor’s Page” of Trinity United’s church bulletin?

14. Do you consider Reverend Wright, within context and based on his public comments, to be anti-Semitic? What more would he need to say to cross that threshold?

15. Do you consider Reverend Wright, within context and based on his public comments, to be anti-American? What more would he need to say to cross that threshold?

If the GOP candidate for president had a close, intimate relationship of almost two decades with a pastor whose church provided shelter to homeless people, provided day care and marriage counseling but who was himself a white supremacist, asked God to damn rather than bless America, said that the United States got what was coming to it on 9/11, advocated conspiracy theories about genocidal policies being promoted by the American government, said that Israel is a “dirty word,” believed it was a terrorist state and promoted the views of Hamas leaders, would that trouble you? And would you accept the word of the GOP candidate if he insisted that he was not sitting in the pews when those things were said and therefore claimed he ought not be tarnished by the association?

19. Have you ever heard things contemporaneously said by Reverend Wright that you considered as offensive, or more offensive, than what Don Imus said about the Rutgers women’s basketball team (something you considered to be a firing offense at the time)?

20. In looking back on this whole matter, do you think you have made any significant errors in judgment regarding your relationship with Reverend Wright? To what degree are you responsible for this controversy? And have you been completely forthcoming in telling Americans about what you heard from Wright and when you heard it?

21. When Reverend Wright told the New York Times last year that if you got past the primaries he thought you might have well have to publicly distance yourself from him — and your reaction was that you agreed — what did both of you know at the time?

22. Will you answer the questions posed above? If so, when? And if not, why?

Rev. Strickland is backing Hillahag and has pledged his vote as superdelegate. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, a Hillahag pledged super delegate, may also get dragged into the on going cat-fight between Clinton & O'Dumbo.

The concern - Hillahag is demanding the MI & FL votes and has vowed she is staying in until the Democrat Convention.

This is awesome - Go get'em Hillahag...

I have no intention of stopping until we finish what we started and until we see what happens over the next 10 contests and until we resolve Florida and Michigan. And if we don't resolve it, we'll settle it at the convention -- that's what credentials committees are for.

The father of a soldier listed as missing-captured in Iraq since 2004 said Sunday that the military had informed him that his son's remains had been found.

Keith Maupin said an Army general told him DNA testing had identified the remains of his son, Sgt. Keith Matthew Maupin, or "Matt" as he was commonly known. He said the Army didn't say how or where in Iraq his son's remains were discovered, only that officials found a shirt similar to the one his son was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

"My heart sinks, but I know they can't hurt him anymore," Maupin said, speaking in the soldier's hometown near suburban Cincinnati. More...

Police Chief William Bratton isn’t the only one who is responsible for the crime that’s turning the City of Angels into a shooting gallery. He is, however, guilty of making the bad situation he inherited much, much worse. His sins are, largely, ones of omission:

* Confronted with data that Colonista gangs are engaging in ethnic cleansing on a massive scale to rid whole neighborhoods of it’s melanin-enriched denizens, Chief Bratton refused to face that reality. Egged on by L. A. Mayor Tony Villar, Bratton insisted that it only appears that Latino gangbangers (many of whom are here illegally) are targeting blacks for ‘racial reasons’. Pull your head out of Tony Villar’s Butt and admit the facts, Bratton: you’ve got a damn race war on your hands.

* Hounded by the usual suspects throughout the city, he’s playing Korrectnik staffing games with the best officers in his command. Swilling that diversity Kool-Aid, Bratton is lowering the high entry standards that screen out the merely mortal to put a woman - even if she’s egregiously unqualified - onto the elite SWAT team.

* Thanks to a stinker that predates Bratton - Special Order 40, which won’t allow the LAPD to check a suspect’s immigration status - a notorious gang-banger named Pedro Espinoza was arrested, kicked loose and allowed to gun down an exceptional young athlete named Jamiel Shaw Jr. Jamiel had his life headed in the right direction. He was a young man who had a bright future ahead of him when Espinoza murdered him.

This racially-motivated murder was avoidable, if the police were allowed to do their job, unimpeded by Special Order 40. When he was arrested, Espinoza insisted he didn’t know where he was born. In a rational world, one unsullied by Special Order 40, the cops would have held onto Espinoza until they checked his immigration status. Instead of holding him and checking his status with ICE, the LAPD invoked Special Order 40 and kicked Espinoza loose to murder Jamiel.

Espinoza is back in jail where he belongs and is facing a murder charge with special circumstances. Normally, that would make him eligible for the death penalty, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. With Villar and Bratton running the city, Espinoza will probably get an apology, a multi-million dollar settlement, plus all the weaponry he needs to keep on being a murdering, border jumping, gang banger piece of shit.

Thanks to Special Order 40, and Bratton, the City of Angels isn’t safe for any of its denizens, legal and border jumper alike. L.A. and its residents deserve better, but it’s not going to happen until they get off their butts and demand that a REAL cop, not ANOTHER in this long line of political hacks, be appointed as Chief of Police..

Even though I am a Republican, I have always believed in the unions. I believe the original intent they served was very sorely needed. I have no problem supporting any union, as long as they are truly representing the workers and not their own interest.

We all hear the unions scream their excuses of - out sourcing, jobs being lost and going over seas, and how NAFTA this and NAFTA that....

Over the years the unions have pulled away from helping the very workers that they represent. They have turned more into an grass roots arm of the Democrat party, liberal causes and enabling the Radical Gay Agenda to take hold in our schools.

"We have speedy-trial rules [in Common Pleas Court] that we have to comply with," Saffold said. "They don't have any time rules, which allows room for abuse. Left uncontrolled, it leads to chaos."

It must be pretty bad when judges start criticizing the poor performance of other judges. Things are bad enough in the Domestic Relations Court that top gavel slammer, Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, has demanded a review of how each judge performs their duties.

A close review of the Domestic Relations Court by the Plain Dealer shows --

• Failed to meet state-recommended deadlines for deciding 400 to 500 cases in each of the last three years. In 2007, the court missed deadlines for 404 cases, or more than 12 percent of all cases, including divorces, domestic-violence accusations and issues of child custody, visitation and support.

• Allowed some contested divorces to linger for as long as four years. Judge James Celebrezze missed the recommended deadlines on 20 percent of his contested cases between 2005 and 2007.

• Decided hundreds fewer cases than their counterparts in Ohio's other big counties.

• Averaged seven hours or less each workday at the courthouse from June to December 2007. Judge Anthony Russo averaged less than four hours a day, according to records of his arrivals and departures from a county parking garage. More....

Domestic Relations Administrative gavel wacker, Judge Timothy "Fool Again" Flanagan, spittle's there is really nothing wrong and what little wrong there is, is not their fault....

Flanagan said his powers as administrative judge don't include being able to order another judge to work harder or clear cases faster.

"The old cases on their dockets are their business," he said. "If they choose to ignore the state time guidelines, that's up to them."

Good answer there Judge Timmy!

Judge Foolagain was up for reelection and Judge Celebrezze is retiring.

With this type of performance and disgustingly care-free attitude towards peoples lives one could only think the Cuyahoga County Republican Party would be salivating over the chance to pick off some of these democrat held seats.

The Republican Party of Cuyahoga County, under the guidance of Chairman Rob Frost, and through his hard work, dedicated service, tireless recruiting efforts, amassing a crack team of loyal RPCC officers, and creating a loyal group of financial supporters - offered up some stiff competition against these two Domestic Relation Court judges --

More Racial Hatred Spewed by another Obama Adivsor

It looks like O'dumbo's thin veil of hope and transcending race is slowly being lifted.

Yet another Pastor with O'Dumbo ties is being exposed for making racially insensitive remarks.

James Meeks – an Illinois state senator, pastor of one of the largest churches in the state and a declared spiritual adviser for Obama – came under fire for comments rebroadcast last week calling white American mayors "slave masters" and referring to black preachers and politicians who "protect" the "white man" as "house n-ggers."

"We don't have slave masters, we got mayors," Meeks said in an August 2006 sermon broadcast on a Chicago community television channel.

Continued Meeks in the sermon: "But they are still the same white people who are presiding over systems where black people are not able to be educated. You got some preachers that are house n-ggers. You got some elected officials that are house n-ggers. Rather than them try and break this up, they're gonna fight you to protect that white man." More...

Pretty funny how this above language is not deemed racist by the dysfunctional democrats, yet many get a rectal rash and twitch when someone refers to O'Dumbo as Buckwheat or Uncle Jemima.

But of course these hateful remarks by Meeks, who is also an O'Dumbo pledged super delegate, will be "understood" & tried to be explained away as ANOTHER lapse in judgement by O'Dumbo. Meeks will be just another guy who gives O'phony advice and spiritual guidance that he doesn't listen too.

Pretty funny how the candidate that wants to transcend race has a lot of racial hatred being spewed from his supporters, advisors, and wife - but none of this effects his line of thinking. The alleged "enlightened one" claims he bears no prejudice against any race. Being of mixed race and broadcaasting mixed messages, O'Dumbo claims to embrace us "Typical White People," as he calls us.

There will be one problem explaining away this little recurring brain fart of judement on Barack O'what-color-am-I. The "Get Whitey" Pastor & Senawhore Meeks also has ties to another lapse in judgement friend of the Super Candidate with a "typical white" grandmother.

Meeks has been the reciepient of more than $16,000 in donations from Antoin Rezko. Rezko, who is under indictment, is a major fundraiser for the, "I have a Scam," candidate Barack.

Stepping on his dumbo sized ears when addressing Rezko's ties to his campaign, Obama gets caught in a "white" lie...

Obama's campaign disclosed Rezko provided or raised up to $160,000 in contributions.

Then in interviews last week with two Chicago newspapers, Obama admitted Rezko's contributions were $250,000, nearly $90,000 more than the campaign previously acknowledged.

The presidential candidate explained the $160,000 figure only represented the total for his 2004 U.S. Senate race. He conceded Rezko also helped raise between $60,000 and $90,000 more for his state senate contests and his unsuccessful congressional campaign in 2000.

Some people may call or excuse O'Dumbo's ties with these race haters and crooks a "lapse in judgement" and should not reflect on his character.

I believe one lapse is understandable, two lapses in judgement should raise concerns, three lapses in jusgement shows the "candidate of hope" is either too stupid to become President or is just another phony politician that has fooled the dysfunctional democrats hell bent on making this an Affirmative Action Election.

People should throw away cantaloupes from a Honduran manufacturer believed to be linked to a salmonella outbreak, the government said Saturday.

The Food and Drug Administration issued the alert for the melons from Agropecuaria Montelibano. Grocers are advised to remove from their stock any cantaloupes from this company. People should check with stores to see if recently purchased cantaloupes came from Honduras.

So far, 50 people have become sickened in 16 states and nine have become ill in Canada after eating the cantaloupes.

The government also is seeking to detain all cantaloupes shipped to the United States by Agropecuaria Montelibano. More...

is murmuring about the Good Friday prayer that asks God to lift “the veil” from Jewish hearts and deliver them from “blindness” and “darkness” so they might accept Christ.

Again, some people of the jewish faith think everything is about them. Whether they like it or not, they were used as tools in effecting the crucifixtion of Jesus. But of course when this is brought up - the accusations of anti-semitism fly.

While they continually remind us of the Holocaust - any reference to their participation in nailing Jesus on the cross are taboo. I guess facts only count if they further their murmurings and to advance their cause. Much like the way they pick and choose from the Old Testament.

I wonder if they will ever realize everything is not about them?

New federal push to fire illegal immigrants

You can be sure this will have the liberals spitting up burritos! The feds will be closing the loopholes on employers hiring illegal immigrants.

I am confused - they scream about our jobs going overseas, yet have no problem when illegal immigrants come here and take jobs from Americans.

What is the difference between jobs being outsourced in other countries and an illegal border jumper stealing a job from an American here? Can some please explain this nonsense?

Chertoff announced the first version of the new rule in August to toughen a little-enforced provision of a 1986 immigration law prohibiting businesses from knowingly employing illegal immigrants.

In the past, employers have been able to comply with the law by obtaining identification documents from new workers. After that, the government notifies employers if the Social Security number on an employee’s W-2 tax form doesn’t match the number in the Social Security database. That worker may not have earnings credited for Social Security benefits, but no action is taken against the employer.

Under the new rule, employers who get no-match letters would have 90 days to resolve the discrepancy and an additional three days for an employee to submit a new, valid Social Security number. After that, an employer who failed to fire the worker would be subject to civil fines or criminal prosecution. More...

Yes, O’Dumbo is still being bitch-slapped for whining piteously. However... After the way O’Dumbo just took his caterwauling to record-setting, mind-numbing levels, we are compelled to make him our Girlieman for the second consecutive week.

This week, during his long-winded, self-serving, inescapable whine about racism, he sank to new depths. In the process, O’Dumbo demonstrated his utter and complete unsuitability for the office he seems destined to win.

To win that coveted Oval Office prize, he threw his grandmother under the bus by, tacitly, calling her a racist. According to one columnist, Barack changed the story, making her alleged racism more egregious, during his speech, a fact that flies in the face of the story he told about his grandmother in a book about him. In the tome, he reported that she was ‘afraid of a certain black man who had physically accosted her’. In his speech, Barack vilified granny by making it sound like she got the ‘there’s a black man’ shakes when she simply passed a Melanin-Enriched male on the street. Barack, you rat bastard, that’s no way to thank a woman who worked her fingers to the bone to get you were you are today.

Far from finished, O’Dumbo threw his pastor, Jeremiah Wright, under the bus. He threw whitey under the bus. He even threw his Melanin-Enriched home boys and girls under the bus. By the time he finished with his bloviating, Barack O’Dumbo had sent out the word, far and wide: "Everyone, from sea to shining sea is a racist, except me. Vote early, vote often, vote O’Dumbo."

For boldly, publically, proving how egregiously we underestimated him, last week...for showing the world how utterly and completely spineless he is...for his smugly self-righteous race pandering, this putrid pile of political punk crap, Barack "Uncle Jemima" O’Dumbo, is the Politically Incorrect Gazette’s Girlieman of the Week, for the second week in a row.

Democrat Board members on Cuyahoga County BOE will see they were pawns for Furher Brunnehilda

You would think the democrats on the Cuyahoga County Bored of Elections would be more worried about all the provisional ballots that were thrown around on the floor and not counted on election night - but NO they want to blame local Republicans for the fix Furher Brunner had in for Hillary.

The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections has launched an investigation that could lead to criminal charges against voters who maliciously switched parties for the March 4 presidential primary.

Elections workers will look for evidence that voters lied when they signed affidavits pledging allegiance to their new party. And at least one board member, Sandy McNair, a Democrat, wants the county prosecutor to review the findings.

Mason has ignored a request to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the illegal contract given to ES&S and that BOE Director Platten illegally removed county equipement (electronic voting machines) a week before Brunnehilda issued her tie breaking vote - I am sure he will ignore this.

Chappell & McNair are going to finally see Furher Brunner pulled the wool over their eyes too. They will see they too were only pawns in the Furher's quest to rig the Ohio vote for Hillary.

Furher Brunnehilda won't touch this fight with a 10' pole or the broom she rides on.

Will the Gospel According to Jeremiah Wright sink the Obama candidacy? Not very likely.

Let's start with two basic facts:

(a) Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) has already won the Democratic nomination. It's over. Regardless of how the remaining primaries and caucuses go, including Michigan and even Florida, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) can never catch Obama in elected delegates. His current lead of 170 pledged delegates will not be overcome no matter what happens. Even if Clinton beats him by 10 points in each of these primaries, he will still lead among elected delegates by over 100. The superdelegates will not override the will of the voters unless Obama is in jail. They will not let themselves in for a civil war by overruling a black man who is beloved by the young by going over the heads of the electorate and naming the candidate that lost the primaries as the nominee. Regardless of how damaged Obama may be by the Wright tapes, it will not provide sufficient cover or cause for them to do so.

(b) Wright's rantings are not reflective of Obama's views on anything. Why did he stay in the church? Because he's a black Chicago politician who comes from a mixed marriage and went to Columbia and Harvard. Suspected of not being black enough or sufficiently tied to the minority community, he needed the networking opportunities Wright afforded him in his church to get elected. If he had not risen to the top of Chicago black politics, we would never have heard of him. But obviously, he can't say that. So what should he say?

He needs to get out of this mess with subtlety, the kind Bill Clinton should have used to escape the Monica Lewinsky scandal — but didn't. As the controversy continues, Americans will gradually realize that Obama stuck by Wright as part of a need to get ahead. They will chalk up to pragmatism why he was so close to such a preacher. As they come to realize that Obama doesn't agree with Wright but used him to get started, they will be more forgiving.

While he lets this fact sink in, he needs to continue to distance himself from Wright by characterizing that kind of anger and animosity as a thing of a generation past. He needs to compare the progress of which whites are proud in discarding the racism of our forebears with his own pride at being a post-racial candidate. He needs, again and again, to reject what Wright says and emphasize his belief in America and the validity and morality of the American Dream.

As the controversy matures, he can increasingly depict those who fan its flames as trying to live in the past and re-fight the civil wars of race that have divided America.All these themes were evident and articulately presented in Obama's Tuesday speech on race.

What Obama needs not to do is to resort to the kind of Clintonian fudging that animated his interview with Keith Olbermann. By saying “I wasn't there” and “I didn't know” and “I didn't hear him say it,” he will invite contempt and derision. If he were to continue in that vein, he would buy himself a controversy akin to that which drowned John Kerry in the facts and allegations of his service in Vietnam. People will surface to say, “I sat next to him, and Wright said such and such,” and Obama will be hostage to everybody's subjective memory.

But if he handles the situation with subtlety and lets what he cannot say — that it was opportunism that led him to stay in that church — sink in among the electorate, he can and will survive this battle.And let's remember one other thing: The Democrats will increasingly realize that he will be their nominee and, in continuing this battle, they are eating their own.

I'm going to be sick... sure glad the Med Mart is coming!

Forest City executives think they have found a way to alleviate a major strike against their proposal for Cleveland's new Convention Center-Medical Mart complex

The company says it can directly connect a Medical Mart in the old Higbee Building with a riverfront convention center by offering at least a portion of Tower City Cinemas. Previous proposals mentioned a connection through Tower City's mall.

As a decision on location draws near, county commissioners have singled out two locations as front-runners. In addition to the Forest City proposal, they will consider expanding and renovating the current Lakeside Avenue convention center off and under the Malls.

The Democrat gift that keeps on giving - More Republican Party of Cuyahoga County Officers give to Democrats

Some of the RPCC "Social Club" members are beginning to realize how useless and inept Rob Frost has been as Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County.

My email was flooded after making the "Frosty the Melting RPCC Chairman" post. Many, in fact ALL, of the emails expressed support for outing the hypocrisy of our non-performing, $100,000 a year, delusional chairman, but there were two that need to be singled out.

The first email I want to single out is from long time RPCC member who is highly regarded within the "Social Club." Seeing through Frost's facade of effectiveness, this now former, RPCC "Social Club" member stated...

...even though the truth hurts, we have been ignoring it for way too long. You are right, the "Social Club" mentality is destroying the RPCC and needs to cease immediately.

I was floored in learning that almost every officer in our party has donated & supported democrats far beyond a 'token' gesture for business reasons. Seeing that our chairman, by ignoring this, supports & rewards this kind of behavior is why, in good concious and with a heavy heart, I can no longer support Rob Frost as our chairman.

Mr. King, if you decide to take action against the people listed, you now have my support. Searching the links provided in your post I confirmed your allegations and found a couple other members you may overlooked. I submit the following....

• Matt Cox (former Executive Director, Chair of Political Operations Committee, Vice-Chair of Budget Committee). Has given $750 to Tim Degeeter and $150 to John Boccieri (who is the Dem candidate to replace retiring Congressman Ralph Regula).
  
• Mike Caputo (Chair of Budget Committee) gave $500 to Degeeter.

The money to Degeeter is particularly bothersome (to me). At best, he faces token opposition, so he's able to use that money and give it to the House Dem Caucus or spend it to help out Dems in other races.

The second email I want to single out is as equally disturbing as our delusional chairman.

Much to the chagrin of others helping to expose our delusional chairman, I have long suggested that the integrity and motives of one of the people originally thought to be helping us clean up our party are suspect.

Taking heat, I have clearly & repeatedly stated this individual cannot be trusted, is more concerned about personal, monetary and political gain. Not to mention that this person has shown their political acumen is completely non-existent.

King, be advised that there is a rat among your ranks!

I support your efforts and feel obligated to inform you a certain female from the west side is trying to undermine your efforts for personal gain.

Seeing his support is dwindling fast, Frosty the Melting Chairman (I love that name!)has reached out to this female with promises of an appointment on a committee in exchange for her support and the bloc of central committe votes she can deliver.

In no uncertain terms, this female was strongly in favor of leadership change to the point she was actively trying to recruit a replacement for Frost. She was also adamant in exposing these donations too Democrats by party officers. She was so upset that she requested ORP Vice-Chairman Kevin DeWine to remove Dave Gunning from his newly elected position as State Central Committee for the 21st Senate District.

So, for a measely appointment to satisfy her ego, she too is willing to sell out people she represents in her Senate District & fellow members of the RPCC.

Backers of the legislation - which has been introduced previously by Democratic lawmakers without a single hearing being granted - are optimistic that the time is right for Ohio to become the 22nd state to pass such a bill. However, supporters could muster only a lone Republican in each chamber who agreed to co-sponsor the legislation, which doesn't bode well for the bill's chances.

Rep. Jon Peterson, of Delaware, the sole Republican House co-sponsor, acknowledged that his colleagues are going to be tough to win over.

"I have my work cut out for me," he said. "I can't pretend to look into the hearts of my colleagues, but we will have an open dialogue."

Yet, Bowman said Republican committee chairmen who will handle the bill in each chamber have promised full hearings on the legislation this year. And House Speaker Jon Husted sounded open to the legislation covering employment, housing and public accommodations when asked by reporters Tuesday following a House floor session.

"I just don't think we should be for any sort of discrimination in Ohio, particularly with our economic situation the way that it is," said Husted. "I think we should try to be an inviting state for all types of people." He said that support from Ohio business groups could be crucial to broadening support for the measure.

Yes, "Who Said" Husted correctly points out the bleak economic situation we are facing in Ohio, so the best thing would be to create a "Special Status" for these perverted pagans that will saddle employers with another potential frivolous lawsuit.

It’s not breaking news when a drunk plows his ride into a building. It’s still not big news when the drunk uses a public building in Parma Heights (Ohio) for target practice. It’s marginally PIG-worthy when the public building in King’s backyard is the Parma Heights police station. There are, as usual some tidbits that put this one over the top:

Court records indicate that at 5:30 a.m. Dec. 8, [Jeff] Krepina rammed the front of the police department's building with his truck. The vehicle jumped the curb and headed toward the front doors.

The truck had to hit the building hard because witnesses say it sounded like slamming a door and they were on the inside. Pieces of sandstone were knocked from the outside of the building. Krepina's truck's bumper, grill and fender were smashed. "It's unusual, sure, and I would say anyone here is probably surprised," [Parma heights police Capt. Garry Lauter] Lauter said. The interior of the building wasn't pretty either.

The crash report indicates that Krepina had a blood alcohol level of .15, nearly twice the .08 legal limit. Krepina seemed lethargic at the scene of the accident, having thrown up inside the vehicle and on himself. He was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and DUI. When asked how much he had to drink Krepina said, "...too much." (WKYC-TV, Cleveland boob tube)

There’s one final thing you need to know about Jeff Krepina. Sgt Jeff Krepina is an officer who serves with - TA DA - the Parma Heights police department. And now you really do know the rest of the story.

Someone holds his feet to the fire over Calypso Louie’s endorsement and O’Dumbo starts blubbering.

Someone points out his connection to some differently-ethical Windy City ‘players’ and O’Dumbo starts blubbering.

Congressman Steve King states the obvious, by pointing out that Osama and his Jihadikaze homeboys would celebrate if a peace puke like O’Dumbo wins the Oval Office Derby, and O’Dumbo starts blubbering.

Geraldine Ferraro states the obvious, by pointing out that much of O’Dumbo’s success is due to his racial pedigree and he starts blubbering.

Let’s get real. O’Dumbo’s middle name is "Hussein". O’Dumbo did look asinine in that Uncle Jemima rig. Calyspo Louie, a racist, did endorse him. Some of O’Dumbo’s Windy City chums are deep-pocketed scumbags. The Jihadikazes know that Barack hasn’t got the spine to wage a war on terror, or anything else. Finally, O’Dumbo might be a spellbinder when it comes to his empty prose, but his front-runner status is due to the fact that he’s Melanin-Enriched. This last fact means the Korrectnik News Nitwits are afraid to challenge him on his policies. It also means that guilt-ridden lefty oppressors will vote for him, and so will the teeming, steeped in victimhood, Melanin-Enriched masses.

MedMart is Coming - So is Christmas!

Hmm... something seems fishy! So we are to believe without any concessions from Cuyahoga County, MMPI just changed their mind and will agree to the original terms?

We are to believe after all this time of holding out for wanting to have the MedMart located near Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals they are now willing to be located near downtown AND invest $20 million?

Commissioners expect to have the terms of the agreement in writing next week. Basically, it calls for a downtown convention center, and puts MMPI's investment at $20 million.

No details were provided this morning on the county's obligations, but they will be known and capped, said attorney Fred Nance, who's negotiating the deal on Cuyahoga County's behalf. Nance called the deal an 'agreement in principle' but said he's confident that both sides will sign off.

"This is a turning point and a defining moment for this community," said Commissioner Tim Hagan. Commissioner Jimmy DiMora said: "We're looking for a tremendous economic boon - something we haven't had for many years here." More....

The only thing we have had for many years in Cuyahoga County is the residents getting screwed! I bet they don't even kiss us on this one!

Frosty the Melting RPCC Chairman

Republican Party of Cuyahoga County (RPCC) Chairman Rob Frost has emailed a letter to RPCC members giving his version of the PD article regarding the recent exodus of 5 GOP Mayors and a Juvenile Judge from the RPCC to the Cuyahoga County Democrat Party.

In trying to further his charade as an effective RPCC Chairman, Frost tries “spinning” the events too make the RPCC look good while portraying him as an effective and strong leader. Spin is to be expected from a party chairman, but being deceitful, misrepresenting the truth and conveniently leaving out information - will no longer be tolerated. If our party is ever going to rise above the basement dwelling results we so readily accept, this behavior cannot and will not be tolerated.

In the response Frost takes pride that none of these Mayors had the RPCC endorsement in the last election cycle. Frost tries to explain away the Mayors leaving the RPCC as inconsequential.
Truth is Mayor Lansky refused the RPCC endorsement during his last election. In Patton’s last election, 2 yrs ago, he did receive a contested party endorsement over a good long time loyal party member. Frost supported Patton’s endorsement over this long time member. *** Note also how Frost points out Patton supported a Democrat over State Representative Josh Mandel two years ago also. ***

Frost takes pride in stating 84% of our RPCC endorsed candidates won office in 2007. By not giving supporting documentation, this is nothing more than creative math from a desperate chairman. I would be more than happy to see the phantom formula and which races he used to create this percentage. I will guarantee it is not reflective of, and does not include, races in which we did not have a candidate and does include races where our endorsed candidate had no opposition.

Looking at this years upcoming county judicial races - if every one of our candidates is elected the best we can achieve is a 30% success rate. Why? Because we only have candidates running for 5 of the 17 judicial races. So before the first ballot is cast in November - we are already 0-12.

Performance output such as this and purposely skewing the numbers in attempts to mislead Central Committee & Executive Committee members should not be rewarded, but a reference for reprimand.

Noting there are 41 Democrat Mayors and only 16 Republicans Mayors in Cuyahoga County, Democrat Party Chairman Jimmy Dimora is quoted in the PD article describing Frost as… “ineffective and probably the worst chairman the RPCC ever had.”

Unable to cite any of his accomplishments in his four years of floundering as RPCC Chairman, Frosty is relegated to citing problems in the State & National Democrat Party, the democrat presidential candidates and the less than stellar performance of Kucinich in the 10th District Primary.

But it gets much worse....

Frost has allowed and has REFUSED to address these same issues in his own party. His superstar candidate for Commissioner, Mayor Sutherland, against the wishes of the RPCC rank & file members publicly supported the forced sales tax increase of the Democrat County Commissioners for the ill-fated Med Mart project. In fact most of the Republican Mayors in Cuyahoga County endorsed the Med Mart sales tax increase - against the wishes of most RPCC members.

Candidate for County Recorder and North Royalton Mayor at the time, Cathy Luks, publicly supported a democrat over an endorsed RPCC candidate in the past election for Parma Municipal Court. This was known to Frost - but he did nothing!

A letter was sent on February 6, 2008 asking Frost, as our Chairman, to support motions of censure on several people in our party for donating to Democrats in violation of the RPCC by laws. While taking issue with Dimora for this behavior in his party, the letter sits unanswered.

In fairness to the people about to be named, I attempted to privately discuss this with Frost several times but was rebuked.

So I ask - Chairman Frost, if Zannoti supporting Sutherland means the Democrat Party is in disarray, how would you describe your derelict reign of the RPCC knowing the following individuals are supporting Democrats?

• Richard Pogue (Executive Committee, Finance Committee - Chairman) for donating $2000 to democrat candidate Joe Cimperman and $4600 to Barbra Ferris. Plus a handful of Democrat judges over the years.

• Bill Summers (Executive Committee, Finance Committee - Vice Chair) Donated $2000 to Cimperman.

• Domenic Visconsi (Executive Committee) for donating $2000 to democrat candidate Joe Cimperman.

• Dave Gunning (Executive Committee, Central Committee, Rules Committee -Chairman, Governance Committee - Vice Chair, State Central Committee District 21, RPCC Central Committee) for donating $2300 to democrat candidate Joe Cimperman.

• Mal Mixon (Executive Committee / Candidate Central Committee) Routinely gives money to HARRY RIED & CHARLIE WRANGEL!

• Roger Synenberg - (Executive Committee, Legal Counsel for Central Committee, Former Executive Director of BOE, Former RPCC Chairman) - Has given MANY donation to Stephanie Tubbs Jones, Dennis Kucinich, Ken Yuko, along with Marc Dann & Jennifer Brunner during their last election Has also given to many democrat judges.

• Judge Joan Synenberg - (Cuyahoga County Judge) - given to Dennis & Stephanie Tubbs. Claim this money was for their support in judge race.

• Dave Harbarger (Vice Chair Executive Committee, Central Committee, Former Lakewood Mayor, Parliamentarian for RPCC Meetings) Gave $500 to Sherrod Brown during his last election.

• Cathy Luks (Former North Royalton Mayor, Executive & Central Committee, and Candidate for County Recorder) Publicly endorsed democrat candidate for judge in Parma this last election over an endorsed RPCC candidate.

RPCC Chairman response on Party Jumping of several Mayors

After much thought I believe the hypocritical email response to RPCC members from Republican Party of Cuyahoga County Chairman, Rob Frost, regarding the Party Jumping of several Mayors needed to be posted...

If you saw the Plain Dealer this morning, you may be scratching your head about recent political developments with some suburban area mayors. (If you haven’t seen the article, you can read it here:

Most of the story is old news: Orange Village Mayor Kathy Mulcahy made clear her intentions last year as the article states, and while unfortunate, it is one of the reasons we were unable to endorse her in her re-election bid against a Democrat last year. Jeffrey Lansky in Maple Heights (a life-long Democrat until he fought with Dimora in 2006) and Sam Alai in Broadview Heights (who long ago became an Independent) both ran as Independents against Democrats in 2007, and neither one was supported or endorsed by the Republican Party in their races. So these switches in Party registration do not change the fact that 84% of your endorsed Republican candidates for local office won in 2007.

As for Kevin Patton in Solon, who was not up for re-election in 2007, his motives became clear two years ago when he made the ill-advised and ill-fated decision to support a Democrat against State Representative Josh Mandel. It just happened that Tuesday was the first opportunity since that time for Patton to make his defection formal. The people of Solon will have to wait until next year to speak on the issue.

What should really bothers Jimmy Dimora is that he has a Party in disarray. His fractured Party will be battling itself all the way through the summer over the nomination for President, and he has a Governor and a Congresswoman on opposite sides of the fray. Despite Dimora’s best efforts, along with Tim Hagan and Peter Lawson Jones, he couldn’t deliver enough votes to seal the deal for Barack Obama and prevent a statewide blowout by Hillary Clinton. Obama could only eke out a narrow Cuyahoga lead, as Dimora could not even deliver the 10th Congressional District for him.

Speaking of the 10th Congressional District, Dimora’s Democrat incumbent, Dennis Kucinich, received the support of only 48% of Democrats who voted on Tuesday, when you consider that over 5,800 Democratic primary voters chose “none of the above.” Congressman Kucinich is heading into the General election bruised and battered without the support of a majority of his own Party behind him, and he’ll face a strong and rested Jim Trakas. Meanwhile Dimora has four disappointed Democrats, two of them elected Democrats, and all of their supporters disaffected that yet again the local Democrat machine is only concerned with protecting its own lamentable grip on power.

That mentality is why Jimmy Dimora is so concerned about what he refers to as “his” mayors. Parma Heights Mayor Marty Zanotti, a Democrat, is publicly supporting Republican Debbie Sutherland for County Commissioner. That threat cuts right to the heart of Commissioner Dimora’s reprobate reign over Cuyahoga. Perhaps the dim realization has entered Dimora’s consciousness of late that he’s got more troubles than just political headaches.

A 22-year-old man was shot and killed overnight in Cleveland by a Cuyahoga County Sheriff's deputy.

It happened about 1 a.m. on Whitcomb Road near St. Clair Avenue. Cleveland police and deputies were monitoring an undercover drug deal when the dealer robbed the police informant, Chief Doug Burkhart said.

The dealer took off running and law enforcers followed. The man and officers exchanged gunfire.

The suspect died at Huron Road Hospital.

Sponsored by GLSEN, children will be again forced by some public schools to participate in a "Day of Silence." Better known to us straight people as "Homo Day" or "Gay Day."

A pro-family coalition has been formed to combat the "Day of Silence," and are asking parents to keep their children home from school that day as a form of protest.

The "Get your Groove On" Governor of New York was named "Girlieman of the Week" when he wussed out on trying to give border jumping banditos a NY Drivers License and New Yorker's called for his refried head to be wrapped in a tortilla.

The more I think about it.... his driver license give-a-way idea may really have been an attempt at having a recruiting drive for new employees....

In the waning days of September, New York Governor, Eliot Spitzer, stepped in it when he strayed into well-charted, shark-infested, driver's licenses for border jumpers waters. From the instant he unveiled his scheme to give this essential form of identification to border jumpers, this pathetic piece of political crap got hammered by the public and members of both political clans. He endured the unrelenting pounding as long as he could, but when the polling results showed him sitting at a lowly 25% approval rating, he went girlie and furtive.

A few weeks ago, unwilling to completely abandon his border jumper coddling, Spitzer scuttled his September plan and came up with something much more insane. It was a three-tiered driver's license monstrosity that had one license for American citizens, another for legal (green card, etc.) immigrants and a third for border jumpers. That, he assumed, would be hailed as a Solomon-class solution. Did everyone start building shrines to his glorious wisdom? Not exactly.

The wheels started coming off the licenses for border jumpers bus after Comrade Hillary signaled her support in response to intense questioning by Tim Russert at a Demoncrat candidate debate. When, within minutes, Hillary started getting the same pounding that Spitzer was getting, the license's for border jumpers fat was in the fire, big damn time. In the days that followed, while Comrade Hillary spouted contradictory views on the issue, Spitzer started to 'get it'. We can't be sure if Comrade Hillary and her Clintonista minions assisted Spitzer in seeing the error of his ways, but that's one of the popular explanations.

This week, for whatever reason - the untimely demise of his political career topping the list - Spitzer finally announced that he was dumping the whole driver's licenses for border jumpers idea like a bad habit. Unable to accept any blame for this steaming load of border jumper coddling crap, Spitzer reeled off a laundry list of culprits. Topping the list was Uncle Sam and the Elected Tormentors on Capitol Hill who couldn't ram through comprehensive immigration reform. Spitzer also blames "we the people", xenophobes that we are, who support the insane idea that immigrants should enter America through the front door. Why, he caterwauls, do proud American citizens go postal when some Elected Tormentor piece of crap paints a bull's-eye on American sovereignty?

For being a gutless scumbag who can't admit that he made a mistake...for putting his own political career and Comrade Hillary's bid for the Oval Office ahead of what's good for his state's legal denizens...for blaming everyone else for his mistake...for being so gutless he makes Jimmy Carter seem like a tower of strength...for all these reasons and many more, New York's sorry excuse for a governor, Eliot Spitzer, is the Politically Incorrect Gazette's Girlieman of the Week.

NY Governor involved in Prostituiton Ring

The New York Times is reporting that Gov. Eliot Spitzer has told senior advisers that he had been involved in a prostitution ring. Spitzer, 48, is married and has three daughters.

....federal prosecutors in Manhattan filed conspiracy charges against four people accusing them of running a prostitution ring that charged wealthy clients in Europe and the U.S. thousands of dollars for prostitutes.

But his stint as governor has been marred by several problems, including an unpopular plan to grant driver's licenses to illegal immigrants and a plot by his aides to smear Spitzer's main Republican nemesis.

Spitzer had been expected to testify to the state Public Integrity Commission he had created to answer for his role in the scandal, in which his aides are accused of misusing state police to compile travel records to embarrass Senate Republican leader Joseph Bruno.

His cases as state attorney general included a few criminal prosecutions of prostitution rings and into tourism involving prostitutes. More....

More Party Jumping in Cuyahoga County

There were more defections in the Cuyahoga County Republican Party (RPCC) on election day.

We recently posted on Orange Mayor Kathy Mulcahy leaving the party and it looks like there will be at least three (3) more, possibly four (4) more Mayors and a judge that are switching to the Cuyahoga County Democrat Party.

The latest party jumpers are as follows:

• Mayor Jeff Lansky / City of Maple Hts

• Mayor Kevin Patton / City of Solon

• Mayor Sam Alai / City of Broadview Hts

• Mayor Kathy Mulcahy / Orange Village

• Judge Kristin Sweeney / Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court

It is reported by the PD that some of the mayors claim after soul searching, disagreement with President Bush and a desire to support Hillary as being the reason for the party switch.

Mayor Patton of Solon was a little more frank in his reason....

Patton said he switched because "I've had some concerns with the local Republican Party in recent years."

Sad thing is Patton NEVER once stood up and voiced any of these concerns. Though he was all too happy to accept the party endorsement in his last race. In fact his endorsement was challenged by some of us on the RPCC Central Committee, but the party smart guys of the "social club" used their influence to squash this challenge calling Patton a good republican!

Patton’s silence on his displeasure is a perfect example of partially what is wrong with the RPCC on a much larger scale. Elected officials in our party, Central Committee & Executive Committee members that are unhappy routinely say nothing. The silence of party members is one of the single largest contributing factors in causing the current downward spiral of the RPCC.

Regardless of the reason these individuals switched parties, it is a looming & telling sign of the current disarray in the RPCC. It is a sign of disillusionment between party leaders and the rank & file. Cuyahoga County Democrat Chairman Jimmy Dimora indicates he did not even work up a sweat pulling this off…

Dimora said the recruiting was easy because of ineffective leadership of the county GOP, chaired by his bitter rival, Rob Frost.

Calling Frost Dimora's rival is a gross misrepresentation of the facts. In order to be a rival - one needs to at least be competitive. The RPCC has not been competitive in Cuyahoga county in quite some time, the last 4 years - under Frost's so-called leadership - we have been completely non-existent.

Trying to make himself feel important and relevant in local politics, RPCC Chairman Frost thinks he got under Jimmy's skin....

Frost said: "I've obviously gotten under Jimmy's skin."

He shrugged off the defections, saying several of the mayors had been straying for years.

Uh no, sorry Rob - Jimmy barely knows you even exist. You would considered more like a tick on a RINO's ass.

Truth be told - because he is so inconsequential & irrelevant on the local political scene, Frost had no choice but to shrug off the defections & Dimora's jabs. Though it is somewhat alarming & indicative of his worth that Frost is so dismissive of these defections - almost like he does not care.

But why should he care - the social club members gladly pay him over $100,000 per year to help advance their personal interests over party interests.

The Clintons' campaign attacks put Obama in a bind.

If he doesn't answer in kind, he's toast.

If they pull him off his game and onto theirs, they can wrest away the Democratic convention victory that he's earned.

The solution for Obama is clear: Reply in kind, but do it through surrogates.

Obama must answer Hillary's negative attacks and make counterpunches of his own to rock her back on her heels.

His holier-than-thou posture is fine for the opening stages of a campaign, but when your opponent starts throwing mud, you've got to answer.

While Hillary takes aim at Obama's buddy, Tony Rezko, the Obama people need to explore the dimensions of Hillary's relationship with con artist Norman Hsu, who donated almost a million dollars to her campaign, money he'd scammed from gullible investors.

Obama needs to enlist the likes of Ted Kennedy and his other supporters in making the case against Hillary.

After her victories in Texas and Ohio, Hillary is once again in play. Negatives about her matter. A full frontal assault on her integrity and on Bill's conflicts of interest (remember they have joint finances) will work and will stop the bleeding in the Obama campaign.

The Clintons would like nothing better than for Obama to remain passive, clinging to his desire to raise the tone of our politics.

If Sen. Clinton resorts to negative ads in the remain ing primary states, Obama needs to do so, too, always keeping himself off camera and using an announcer to articulate his message.

As long as his attacks center on Hillary's and Bill's financial dealings and their relationships with lobbyists and special-interest groups, he will remain on message and his attacks will be in sync with his general approach to the race.

But Obama must make no mistake - it's time to fight back.

This cartoon of Old Mo' is one of the cartoons that retwisted the turbans on all the geitenneukers who have taken to the streets in protest. The cartoons caused deadly riots in 2006 when they were first printed. Recently learning of a plot to kill the cartoonist - the paper had them republished. She thought she was getting a bad haircut, but police in southwestern Pennsylvania say when Lauren Newton complained, she got a bullet in the back.

Newton's hairstylist is now facing charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Police say the two had been arguing yesterday about the style of the cut when the hairstylist left the room and returned with a gun. Newton and her sister tried to flee after the stylist fired a shot into the ceiling, but police say that's when a second shot hit Newton in the lower back.

Her injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. The hairstylist is being held in a Washington, Pennsylvania, jail on $50,000 bond.

A mass grave containing about 100 bodies was discovered Saturday in a region north of Baghdad that has seen years of intense fighting between Shiites and Sunni extremist members of Al Qaeda in Iraq.

The grave, near Khalis in the Diyala province about 50 miles north of Baghdad, is still being investigated, but the U.S. military said the skeletal remains appear to have been there for a long time.

Khalis is a Shiite town surrounded by Sunni communities and has been the scene of repeated sectarian attacks. Al Qaeda in Iraq is active in the area, which has seen hundreds of kidnapping and mass abductions in past years. More....

Kidnapped American missing in Iran for 1 year

Believe it or not - I do not claim to know everything. I would like to think that from blogging I have a fairly decent handle of issues from local geoverment on up to international events. I rarely miss info on stuff coming out of Iran and this is why the following post shocks me.

FBI agent Robert Levinson was kidnapped in Iran last year and has not been heard from since.

Levinson went missing March 8, 2007, after arriving on the Iranian island of Kish.

"We continue to press the Iranian government about Mr. Levinson and his whereabouts," State Department spokesman Tom Casey told ABC News. "We believe there is a lot more information out there and a lot more they could do to help find him."

According to associates, Levinson had traveled to Kish to meet with an American fugitive accused of murdering a former Iranian official in suburban Washington in 1980. U.S. authorities say he was last seen after checking into a local hotel for the meeting.

A spokesman at the Iranian Mission in New York says authorities in Iran would like to be of more help, "but unfortunately nobody knows what happened." More....

All the world's a stage at some of Minnesota's bars. A new state ban on smoking in restaurants and other nightspots contains an exception for performers in theatrical productions. So some bars are getting around the ban by printing up playbills, encouraging customers to come in costume, and pronouncing them "actors."

At The Rock, a hard-rock and heavy-metal bar in suburban St. Paul, the "actors" during "theater night" do little more than sit around, drink, smoke and listen to the earsplitting music.

"They're playing themselves before Oct. 1. You know, before there was a smoking ban," owner Brian Bauman explained. Shaping the words in the air with his hands, like a producer envisioning the marquee, he said: "We call the production, `Before the Ban!'"

The smoking ban, passed by the Legislature last year, allows actors to light up in character during theatrical performances as long as patrons are notified in advance.
About 30 bars in Minnesota have been exploiting the loophole by staging the faux theater productions and pronouncing cigarettes props, according to an anti-smoking group.

The Health Department this week vowed to begin cracking down on theater nights with fines of as much as $10,000. More....

It was unclear what motivated Rojas to kill his boss. Santos did not say what happened to Rojas, and he did not take questions.

This America-hating turd’s name is Marilyn Mackel and she’s a Children’s Court Commissioner in the City of Angels. She showed her true - COMMIE BASTARD RED - colors when a 17 year old lad named Shawn Sage appeared in court, seeking permission to sign on with the U.S. Marines using its Delayed Entry Program. Since Shawn is in foster care, he can’t get parental permission and needed a favorable ruling from the proper authorities who are responsible for his safe keeping.

The Daily News shares these tidbits about the Delayed Entry Program:

By "DEPing in," students can enlist at 17, get their high school diploma, then lock in a military job such as Force Recon - or scout snipers. They also qualify for a signing bonus.

"We just gave out the last one for recon today to another kid for $10,000," USMC Master Sgt. Edgar Carpenter of the Marine Recruiting Office in Simi Valley said Wednesday.

"The Delayed Entry Program supports everything a parent would try to do: We make them stay out of trouble; get them in physical condition; and get them indoctrinated into the Marine Corps culture."

Eager to show he had the right stuff, Shawn appeared in court with his Marine Corps recruiter, Stg. Guillermo Medrano, for all the good it did him. This pile of Superior Court shit didn’t hesitate for a moment, when she vilified our brave men and women in uniform:

Mackel reportedly told Sage and a recruiter that she didn't approve of the Iraq war, didn't trust recruiters and didn't support the military.

"The judge said she didn't support the Iraq war for any reason why we're over there," said Marine recruiter Sgt. Guillermo Medrano of the Simi Valley USMC recruiting office.

"She just said all recruiters were the same - that they 'all tap dance and tell me what I want to hear.' She said she didn't want him to fight in it.

"Sage, 17, said he begged for Mackel's permission. "Foster children shouldn't be denied (an) ability to enlist in the service just because they're foster kids," he said. "Foster kids shouldn't have to go to court to gain approval to serve one's country."

A fix - it’s probably doomed to failure - is in the works via a bill in the Mexifornia Assembly:

AB2238 would allow foster children 17 or older to sign up with the consent of a foster parent or social worker. "Here is one impressive young man who somehow made it through the challenge of the foster system, had a clear sense of a career path and was denied that opportunity by a judge basically because of her personal bias," said Smyth, R-Santa Clarita, who will honor Sage today at a Royal High assembly.

Although this travesty occurred last year, Shawn Sage hasn’t given up. In addition to his determination to sign up with the U.S. Marines when he’s 18, Shawn will be taking a trip to testify on behalf of AB2238 in Sacramento. I’m betting he’ll be very impressive. He’ll need to be with all those America-hating Marxist who stink up the Mexifornia legislature. He’s still working out at the USMC physical training regime.

Despite her best efforts, this butt bullet in judges robes didn’t derail Shawn’s plans to join the Marines. All she managed to do was show him that some of our enemies are in positions of authority, here, on the home front. No doubt, this Mackel bitch still hates America and its military men and women, but it’s no longer as easy for her, now that we all know who, and what she is.

Parting shot: The Mackel bitch whines that she can’t discuss her cases. She’s getting covering fire, on that front from the L. A. Superior Court that is dithering about releasing the transcripts of Shawn Sage’s hearing. Obviously, they’re all smelling a public relations nightmare. Hunker down, black robe Sparky. It’s really going to hit the fan.

"But I also believe that the federal government should not stand in the way of states that want to decide on their own how best to pursue equality for gay and lesbian couples whether that means a domestic partnership, a civil union or a civil marriage." Bulgarian Diplomat Falls off Building in Russia

There is no proof to this post just speculation on my part...

The first secretary of the Bulgarian embassy in Russia has died, Interfax agency reports Friday.

At 10:50 AM local time the diplomat fell off the eighth floor of the embassy building in Moscow and died instantly upon impact. Russian police arrived at the scene of the incident but weren't allowed into the building.

The reason for the tragedy is currently unknown.

U.S. Embassy Bomb Plot Stopped

....two senior Filipino security officials told The Associated Press that investigators were verifying intelligence information that the three may have been involved in an active plot to bomb the U.S., British, Australian and Israeli embassies in Manila.

Authorities believe the three may have links with the Indonesia-based militant group Jemaah Islamiyah and the Abu Sayyaf, a small but violent southern Philippine-based group blacklisted by Washington as a terror organization. More....

Here is more info on Abu Sayyaf and Jemaah Islamiyah. Clearly two more "peace through bombing & kidnapping" groups that follow Islam.

Jemaah Islamiyah is responsible for the 2002 Bali Nightclub bombings and Abu Sayyaf ("Bearer of the Sword") is known for kidnappings, bombs, and outright massacres. Both groups have claimed responsibility for the 2004 ferry bombing in Manilla Bay and have strong links to Al-Qaeda.

Hmmm.... Maybe Hillabag and Barack Hussien Odumbo should go talk to these guys. Especially Abu Sayyaf - those guys seem to like long-term guests.

Team Ham declares Victory in on-line poll with RINOvich

I guess I don't know what to say.... I knew Ham Sandwich was a select, prime choice candidate but I never imagined him dicing up Sen. George RINOvich the way he did in the on-line poll.

From deli counters, restaurants, grocery stores, diners and cafes, Ham Sandwich appeared to be the appetizing choice for most everyone's plate. RINOvich got smoked by Ham Sandwich 69% to 30%.

Team Ham released this statement on the poll....

"We think this poll clearly illustrates that by 2010, Ham Sandwich will only be half as stale as Senator George Voinovich is right now," said campaign manager Matt Hurley. "The senator can continue to ignore our campaign at his peril, but we're really cooking and we've only just gotten started. Ham has the fire in the belly to take this thing all the way. Let me guarantee you this: Ham Sandwich will bring home the bacon."

Coming out of nowhere, well from the back of the meat cooler, Ham Sandwich began his party tray of political plundering after realizing the stale Senator from Ohio was effective as feeding a 300lb man with a can of spam.

The Great Horned One, RINOvich must have had another tear in his eye over this one. Barking that, "Nobody scares George Voinovich," the Great Horned One refuses to accept Ham Sandwich as a legitimate challenger. RINOvich echoed earlier statements from his campaign staff claiming they are not afraid of any Ham Sandwich (even if it had lettuce, tomato & mayo).

Well Georgy Porgy kissed the Republicans and made them cry..... it looks like you may be getting sent off to the RINO farm.

I want to congratulate my opponent Dave Bailey (RPCC Vice-Chair) on his success in the State Central Committee of the Ohio Republican Party in the 25th Ohio Senate District. I look forward to running against him again after this term.

Don't worry, like it or not, I will still be around demanding our leaders be accountable. I will continue working with other elements within our party that are also fed up with our poor performance, lack of leadership and the economic elitist social club attitude that has pervaded our local party. No longer will our party officers or party members be donating too, or endorsing democrat candidates over endorsed RPCC candidates without fear of reprisal!

I was reelected to the RPCC Central Committee (Bedford 4-C) as were all our central committee people from the Bedford area. I want to thank our City Leader, Val Emmert, for the support and hard work she did on behalf of our central committee candidates.

Jim Trakas soundly defeated opponent Jason Werner as the Republican candidate for 10th Congressional District. Jim will face off against Kookcinich who easily beat democrat primary opponent Joe Simpleman.

Ohio GOP Cries Foul!

Ohio GOP Deputy Chairman Kevin DeWine is crying over spilled milk - AGAIN! Dewine issued a statement that the Ohio GOP will ask political hack, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason to investigate the transporting of ballots.

I have to ask - Deputy Chairman DeSwine, why the sudden interest in Cuyahoga County?

You guys did not seem to care when Brunnehilda launched her attack using GOP Chairman Bob Bennett's head as a spring board... why now?

You guys said nothing when Brunnehilda illegally forced our county to scrap $23 million in voting equipment.... why now?

According to Ohio Revised Code Section 3505.25(E), ballots are required to be transported by "members of different political parties," the statement said. But county elections officials now acknowledge those guidelines were not followed, it stated.

The chairman of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections acknowledged to reporters that it appears ballots were not transported today in accordance with state law, the GOP said.

"This is a serious breach of ballot security," said Ohio Republican Party Deputy Chairman Kevin DeWine." Jennifer Brunner took full responsibility for implementing these policies in Cuyahoga County, and she failed to follow through on the basic procedures for protecting the vote. An investigation of this neglect is critical to restoring voter confidence."

Attached to the GOP's e-mailed new release were five photographs that the GOP statement said " demonstrate the unsecure ballot collection process, including loosely taped cardboard boxes, the chaotic ballot counting process and ballot collection forms clearly indicating Republicans were not involved in the transportation of ballots.

The statement said that a Republican observer at the central count location reports 10% of the boxes of ballots arriving are showing stickers not affixed over the slots (meaning ballots could conceivably be inserted). Officials have cut down the access to the observers and they are not allowed in and around the process.

You have to wonder if the state party is even paying attention....

Chairman of the Cuyahoga County BOE, Jeff Hastings, was on Fox acknowledging this "minor"infraction. Jeff stated he was unaware of the specific incident at the time, but it does not suprise him. Jeff indicated that he was not concerned over security.... even though they were all democrats transporting the ballots - each person is sworn and he has no reason to believe they would do anything illegal.

Unless something came up after this interview questioning the security of these ballots being transported - I fail to see the problem. I believe we (Republicans) only had one contested primary for republicans in Cuyahoga County - District 10 with Jim Trakas being challenged by the mentally challenged Jason Werner. Helen Keller can count thise votes and see Trakas easily defeated Werner (Thank God & Good job Jim!).

If he wants to cry, he should cry to Bennett. He is the one that caused the events to allow the start of Furher Brunnehilda's gestapo tactics.

Asian Community in Solon still upset over Police Shooting of Immigrant

The Asian community in Solon is requesting more answers on the recent shooting of a Chinese immigrant who was armed and wanted for rape. Jian Wei "John" Chen was shot in his Solon driveway by Chief Seth Riewaldt of the Aurora PD.

Chief Riewaldt was sitting outside Chen's Solon residence waiting for other officers help him serve a warrant. The chef confronted Chen as he tried leaving his driveway and a scuffle ensued. Chen discharged his firearm at the chief during the struggle - the chief returned fire hitting Chen in the head. Chen eventually died from his wounds. (Good Job Chief!).

The investigating agencies cleared the chief of any wrongdoing and the shooting was ruled justifiable. For me it was justifiable soon as Chen refused to obey orders and began shooting at the chief.

Confused on why this happened the Asian community in Solon now says they want an explanation (AGAIN) on why this happened....

Why were Aurora police in Solon, community leaders asked police and city officials in recent e-mails. Did Chen understand English? And why did police confront him in his driveway? "Is this normal practice in America?" they asked.

Zhou is one of 24 Asian-Americans - 10 of them physicians - who signed a Dec. 11 petition asking for an independent investigation into the shooting by a panel that includes a Chinese-American. An additional 40 people, a cross-section of the region's research and medical community, have since added their names to the letter addressed to the mayors and police chiefs of Solon and Aurora and to officials in Portage and Cuyahoga counties.

"We're not saying the police were wrong," Zhou said. "But a man was shot in his driveway. Maybe poor communication played a role. We just want to make sure police followed all the proper procedures and protocols, and we'd like to know what those are." More....

Obviously Zhou doesn't realize he will not get a straight answer from any elected official - so I will answer his concerns....

Mr. Zhou - First this shooting was a tragedy, but not for Chen. It is a tragedy that Chief Riewaldt has to live with being forced to take another persons life. This is a burden he will be forced to carry the rest of his life. In the United States most police officers would rather never have to shoot let alone pull their weapon - unlike in China.

Most of us in the United States welcome hard working immigrants coming here for an opportunity of a better life. It appears the Asian community in Solon is thriving and greatly contributing to improving the city of Solon. Don't ruin this by making yourself victims!

Regarding the shooting --- Chief Rienwaldt in the process of serving a warrant, by law can go where he needs to execute the warrant & apprehend the suspect. As a courtesy local police departments are notified - but is not mandatory.

Did Chen speak English? If he didn't - he should have! With the support services the Asian community offer immigrants in the area - it is Chen's and their fault he did not have at least a working knowledge of our language. Being the United States of America and English being the recognized language, our police officers do not need to speak another language. They are not required to carry translation books for each language of immigrants in their town.

Chen was confronted in his driveway because he tried leaving the scene as the chief executed the warrant. He was shot because it is customary in the U.S. for police to shoot back when fired upon.

CPD Officer Owens just lost his life confronting someone in their driveway for drinking beer. Chen was a suspect in a rape case against his ex-wife and threatened her with a gun. Had Chief Riewaldt hesitated the ground over his grave would be settling right about now!

Being from China and allegedly not knowing the American way - why would Chen think we are different from Chinese Authorities? Uneducated in our ways - would he not think our police would deal with in the same way as Chinese Police?

Would Chen have fired on Chinese Police? I highly doubt it!

Cleveland Police Union Faults City, Prosecutors & Judges for Officers Death

Cleveland Police union leader Stephen Loomis, (President / CPPA) took time today to hold a news conference calling out city leader, county prosecutors and county judges.

Loomis said the city has enough money to put 100 more cops on the street immediately.

Loomis also took issue with Councilman Kevin Conwell, who last month said he would oppose a proposal to buy more powerful weapons for officers. Conwell said then that the move would come "Over my dead body."

Loomis referred to Conwell's statement today and said it looked like the move would come "over Derek Owens' dead body."

Union officials also faulted local prosecutors and judges who they said are too willing to plea-bargain with hardened criminals and agree to light sentences for serious crimes.

Loomis noted that the last five Cleveland police officers killed in the line of duty were killed by repeat criminals. He said that the man arrested in Owens' death, Willie Wheeler, was sentenced to time served last year after he pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. More....

.... if his accusations on the money being there for more officers is true - Cleveland Mayor Frank Johnson has some explaining to do.

Regarding the accusations about Bill Mason and his prosecutors being inept, lazy, and unwilling to do their jobs of keeping criminals off the street - I could not agree more. Mason being a political hack is only concerned about conviction rates and clearing cases.

The judges being lenient - well that is what the residents get for continuing to elect liberal judges that would give Ted Bundy probation or time served.

Stronger firepower and more police would not have stopped the killing of Officer Owens. All the policeman in the world armed with grenade launchers will not stop the crime in Cleveland. The tragedy of this senseless killing is that prosecutors and judges could have possibly stopped this killing by simply doing their jobs.

Prosecution to the fullest extent & judges sending the message with strong sentences on repeat or violent offenders would be a start and may save the next officers life!

Weird Fish Drinking Festival draws ire of European Version of PETA

The European version of PETA, Global Action in the Interest of Animals, has their tail fins in a twist over a traditional festival held each year in Geraardsbergen, Belgium.

The yearly Krakelingen Festival in the rural Flanders area of Geraardsbergen continues holding the annual festival which consists of (I love this!) drinking live fish with wine and then throwing doughnut-shaped bread rolls - the krakelingen - to onlookers.

The pageant, commemorating the onset of spring, combines pagan and Christian symbols and culminates in the consumption of tiny live fish immersed in red wine at a ceremony presided over by three men dressed as druids.

The ritual has aroused the fury of animal rights campaigners, who claim it is cruel and anachronistic and have succeeded in limiting the number of people who can down the fish to around two dozen a year.

U.S. Launches Airstrike in Somalia

The U.S. launched a military airstrike in Somalia to go after a group of terrorist suspects, defense officials said Monday.

"It was a deliberate, precise strike against a known terrorist and his associates," one U.S. military official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to comment on the record.

He gave few other details, except to say the targets were believed staying in building known to be used regularly by terrorist suspects.

In the strike early Monday, Somali police said three missiles hit a Somali town held by Islamic extremists, destroying a home and seriously injuring eight people.

The strike follows one last year in which the U.S. shelled suspected al-Qaida targets in Somalia, using gunfire from a U.S. Navy ship off the shore of the lawless East African nation.

Legal Immigrant's want Illegal's Thrown Out of U.S.

The City of Escondido in the great State of Mexifornia has began taking on a more active role in ridding the town of parisitic illegal immigrants. Taking it a step further than most they are using their police department as the front line of defense to stem the flow of illegal border jumpers.

Most recently was a 3 day sweep conducted by the police in the search and arresting of criminal illegal immigrants netted them 14 border jumping bean heads that were wanted on warrants or scheduled for deportation.

The only people upset about these increased raids - immigrant rights activists. The legal immigrants in this town of have been complaining to the city about the large amount of illegal immigrants in the city. Many of the llegal immigrants have felt the city was ignoring their concerns.....

"I've talked to a lot of people and to a person, they object to the (illegal immigrant) people coming," Gallo said.

"The city government, which includes the Police Department, is being grossly dismissive of the Latino population in this city," said Bill Flores, a spokesman for El Grupo, an umbrella group of civil rights organizations. Bay Village Firefighters to hold Informational Picket on Dangerous Staffing Cuts

Stuff like this usually happens because the local politicians are making too much money for themselves. Most of the times elected officials feel they are more important than the police, fire and service dept guys that make the city run.

I am of the belief until council members or mayors are willing to run into a burning house, apprehend an armed suspect or plow snow at 3:ooam - they should be grateful to have dedicated employees that do the hard work while they sleep!

To cut minimum staffing from 6 down to 5 firefighters seems not only dangerous but the decision of a person that has no business running a city.

The Bay Village Firefighters Association will stage an informational picket from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Bay Village City Hall to protest staffing cuts at the village's fire department. The department's minimum staffing has been reduced from six personnel to five, and the union said in a release that this poses a threat to both residents and firefighters.

USS Cole sent to Lebanon

The guided-missile destroyer USS Cole is currently stationed off the coast of Lebanon as a show of support for the current government of Fouad Siniora, the Lebanese Prime Minister.

The Syria-backed Hezbollah factions in Lebanon are calling this show of support a military intervention and an attempt to influence the upcoming elections.

A U.S. decision to dispatch three warships, including the USS Cole, to the coast of Lebanon to "show support for regional stability" is causing jitters within the country that such an overt show of foreign military strength is likely to exacerbate its political crisis.

Pentagon officials announced that the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole left Malta for Lebanon on Tuesday, because of "concern about the situation in Lebanon," which is suffering the worst political crisis since the end of its 1975-1990 civil war.

The politically-divided Lebanese see the move as a show of force intended to threaten Syria and Iran, the backers of the Hezbollah-led opposition that Washington accuses of obstructing the election of a president, a post that has been vacant since pro-Syrian Emile Lahoud's term expired in November. Concerns about security and polotics in the region have prompted the Saudi government to warn citizens about travel in Lebanon. They have recently urged Saudi nationals to immediately leave Lebanon....

The Saudi Arabian embassy in Beirut has called on its nationals to leave Lebanon a day after a US warship was positioned off the country's coast.

The embassy on Saturday sent SMS messages to Saudis living in Lebanon urging them to leave the country as soon as possible, Al Jazeera's correspondent said.

Kuwait and Bahrain followed with similar calls.

Sunni Muslim Saudi Arabia is a major supporter of the Sunni-led government in Lebanon which has been locked in a 15-month-old political standoff with an opposition led by Iranian-and-Syrian backed Hezbollah. More....

A U.S. military helicopter fired a guided missile to kill a wanted Saudi Arabian al-Qaeda in Iraq leader who was believed responsible for the bombing deaths of five American soldiers, a spokesman said Monday.

U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Gregory Smith said Jar Allah, also known as Abu Yasir al-Saudi, and another Saudi known only as Hamdan, were both killed Wednesday in Mosul. Al-Saudi headed up the al-Qaeda network in southeast Mosul, an insurgent hotbed where U.S forces wage daily battles against the group.

According to the military, al-Saudi conducted numerous attacks against Iraqi and U.S. forces, including a Jan. 28 bombing that killed the five U.S. soldiers. More....

Cleveland Police Officer Killed

Cleveland Police Officer Derek Owens will finally get recognized for his hard work. Officer Owens will finally get the thanks owed from the community he and other officers so richly deserve everyday.

All too often the men in blue that work these thankless jobs are not thanked until it is too late...

Why now? Officer Owens was gunned down early Saturday morning on Cleveland's eastside during a routine call.

A 36-year-old Cleveland police officer died early this morning after being shot in the abdomen while chasing four men Friday evening in the city's southeast side.

Derek Owens, who joined the force in September 1998, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center by a squad car after the shooting at East 102nd Street and Parkview just after 6 p.m. He died at 12:13 a.m. in surgery, hospital spokeswoman Susan Christopher said.

Police Chief Michael McGrath said, "It is a sad day for the Cleveland Police and all of Greater Cleveland. The death of Officer Owens is senseless and tragic. He was a true hero who paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving his community. My prayers go out to his family.". More....

Officer Owens and his partner did nothing more than confront some hoods drinking beer at an abandoned house. Upon questioning them the suspects began to run. Giving pursuit Officer Ownes was shot and struck under his bulletproof vest.

CPD, along with help from Shaker Hts PD apprehended 4 suspects in this killing.

My heartfelt condolences go out to his family, wife and children. Being the son of a former police officer - something like this was always one of my worst nightmares growing up. This one hits close as my Father was an officer in Shaker Hts for over 20yrs.

U.S. and Chinese officials signed a document Friday morning in Shanghai, China to formalize research in Chinese archives on Korean War POW/MIA matters.

Ambassador Charles A. Ray, deputy assistant secretary of Defense for POW/Missing Personnel Affairs, signed the arrangement with Maj. Gen. Qian Li Hua, of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense.

The arrangement outlines expected cooperation between the U.S. and China in researching the archives, which may shed light on Americans who were missing in action or held as prisoners of war in camps managed by the Chinese. In seeking to account for the approximately 8,100 servicemen missing from the Korean War, the Defense POW/Missing Personnel Office has sought access to these archives for more than a decade.

The cooperation of the Chinese people and government has led to the recovery of the remains of Americans lost in the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the Korean War and World War II. This joint archival effort is expected to open more avenues of research to enable U.S. analysts to narrow their searches for the specific locations where American remains may be buried.

The signing ceremony took place in the same Shanghai hotel where President Richard Nixon and Premier Cho En-lai signed their historic communiqué in 1972.

Despite all the bloviating by that jackass Chertoff, and all the other presidential minions, the damn thing doesn’t work. That’s not breaking news to this pagan scribbler and it shouldn’t shock you either, PIGster Sparky.

But yesterday, they disclosed new troubles that will require a redesign and said the first phase will not be completed until near the end of the next president's first term.

Those problems included Boeing's use of inappropriate commercial software, designed for use by police dispatchers, to integrate data related to illicit border-crossings. Boeing has already been paid $20.6 million for the pilot project, and in December, the DHS gave the firm another $65 million to replace the software with military-style, battle management software...’

‘..."The total cost is not yet known," testified Richard M. Stana, the GAO's director of homeland security issues, because DHS officials "do not yet know the type of terrain where the fencing is to be constructed, the materials to be used, or the cost to acquire the land."

The pilot virtual fence included nine mobile towers, radar, cameras, and vehicles retrofitted with laptops and satellite phones or handheld devices. They were to be linked to a near-real-time, maplike projection of the frontier that agents could use to track targets and direct law enforcement resources.

GAO investigators said that Boeing's software could not process large amounts of sensor data. The resulting delays made it hard for operators in a Tucson command center 65 miles to the north to lock cameras on targets. Radar systems were also triggered inadvertently by rain and other environmental factors. Cameras had trouble resolving images at five kilometers when they were expected to work at twice that distance, Stana said.

He added that the system was developed with "minimal input" from Border Patrol agents, resulting in an unworkable "demonstration project" instead of a operating pilot system. He blamed the DHS for acting too hastily in trying to deliver a working pilot by last June...’ (Post)

The primary contractor, Boeing, can’t deliver a finished product by the end of its contract and will probably need an extension. If, somehow, they get the damn thing working, it will be too little, too late, and way too damn expensive.

Isn’t it time for Uncle Sam to cut the crap and get back to basics? Isn’t it time for our Elected Tormentors to impose MEANINGFUL penalties on employers who hire border jumpers? Isn’t it time to build some formidable physical barriers along our borders? Isn’t it time to give to take the shackles off our Border Patrol by giving them the manpower, money and weaponry that they require to do their job effectively? It’s time for Uncle Sam to stop playing at border enforcement. It's time to get the damn job done the old fashioned way with barriers, manpower, weapons, and meaningful punishment for those to barge into our great nation, uninvited.

Parting shot: If Vicente Bush is so thrilled with virtual fences, let him road test the damn thing at the White House and his ranch in Crawford.

Steaming Load #2: Demoncrat Energy Policy Fiddling

With oil prices setting new records, hourly and gasoline prices headed into the stratosphere, the Clown Posse on Capitol Hill pooped out a steaming butt bullet that turns a desperate situation into a disaster. Instead of taking the shackles off our energy industry by opening up our proven oil reserves for development, these Demoncrat asshats passed a bill that will kick up prices much, much higher.

Determined to punish the oil companies, these Demoncrat jackasses are looting oil company bank accounts with new taxes (the removal of a pair of tax breaks) that will steal an additional $17.65 billion dollars (minimum) from them during the next 10 years. And what, you ask, will these Congressional turds do with the money? They’re going to fund the usual, pie in the sky bull crap that’s notoriously inefficient, at best (wind power) and a disaster on the US economy, at worst (biofuels like methanol).

If enacted, this bill will put American oil firms at a competitive disadvantage with their foreign competitors. Furthermore, it will increase their costs by removing the tax credit for costs incurred while extracting gas and oil outside the USA. Add that to the ban on exploiting domestic sources and the Demoncrat scumbags are condemning American energy consumers to the tender mercies of our steadfast friends, like Hugo ‘Skipper’ Chavez, Mahmoud al-Gilligan, and the Jihadikaze spewing Sand Box punks.

We need nuclear power plants NOW. We need new oil refineries NOW. We need to open up all our domestic oil reserves for production NOW. We need to use our massive coal reserves much more efficiently NOW. We need to stop pretending that biofuels, wind energy, and assorted other pipe dreams can have a meaningful impact on our energy needs in the foreseeable future.

We can’t do any of this while these Steaming Elected Tormentor Loads are stinking up Washington D.C. It’s time to flush them down the crapper, clean the stains out of the bowl, than put some rational adults in their place.

Despite a spate of recent reports that put his Global Warming Gospel into question, Messiah Al Gore has been curiously silent. Somehow, he has managed to tune out reports such as this one from the Daily Tech blog:

Over the past year, anecdotal evidence for a cooling planet has exploded. China has its coldest winter in 100 years. Baghdad sees its first snow in all recorded history. North America has the most snowcover in 50 years, with places like Wisconsin the highest since record-keeping began. Record levels of Antarctic sea ice, record cold in Minnesota, Texas, Florida, Mexico, Australia, Iran, Greece, South Africa, Greenland, Argentina, Chile -- the list goes on and on.

No more than anecdotal evidence, to be sure. But now, that evidence has been supplanted by hard scientific fact. All four major global temperature tracking outlets(Hadley, NASA's GISS, UAH, RSS) have released updated data. All show that over the past year, global temperatures have dropped precipitously.

Meteorologist Anthony Watts compiled the results of all the sources. The total amount of cooling ranges from 0.65C up to 0.75C -- a value large enough to erase nearly all the global warming recorded over the past 100 years. All in one year time. For all sources, it's the single fastest temperature change ever recorded, either up or
down.

Admittedly, one harsh winter does not an ice age make. I get that, but after the way Messiah Al deliberately lied about the ‘established Global Warming science’, you’d think that he’d have the stones to man up and face these reports, personally, publically.

He made this ‘the sky is falling' bed with his award-winning whopperthon. Now, when some hard science - those pesky facts - tell a somewhat different story, Messiah Al is cowering in the Fat Cave.

Barring a room full of swollen sweater puppies and the Cowboy Cheerleaders wearing Frederick's of Hollywood swinging on a pole - what better present could I give my buddies, who 4yrs ago declared War on Political Correctness, Hambo, Porcus, Spike & the rest of their crew for their birthday than the exploding heads of liberals when they see this post!

With 4 years under their belts the guys over at PIG were "thrilled spitless" when they looked back at their accomplishments for the year. Porcus & Hambo were "shocked..., shocked I tell you," at how their pen of dedicated Pigster's from the PIG Army continued growing and helped spread the inkorrectnik word through all corners of the free world & blogosphere (the electronic arm pit of life).

Though a joyous day for Hambo, Porcus and the crew, this may not be a good day for Korrectnik's. Noting the accomplishments during year 4 of Hambos' PC punishing prose and Porcus' dastardly doodles of the dimwitted dipshit's of the world they are happy, yet unsatisfied. This my friend is not good for ~ San Fran Nan, Dingy Harry Reid, Barack O’Dumbo, Comrade Hillary, Je$$e, Rev. Al, Bubba, News Nitwits, Ethnocrats, Legicrats, Elected Tormentors, Colonistas, Educrats, Tinsel Town Twerps and all the other liberal lemmings ~ but it will be fun for us!

What, you ask, do we have to say for ourselves on this glorious day in the PIGdom? We have these fightin’ words from the entire PIG staff:

Neener, Neener, Neener. It's four years later, you Korrectnik bastards, and we're still here. We're just as annoying and in your face as we were on day one. We're not going anywhere, so take your speech codes, special rights, and caterwauling, then stick them where the sun don't shine. Buckle up, Multicultural Sparky, because we're ready, willing and goddamn eager to unleash another year of PIGish abuse on you and everybody else in the victimhood.

We've been taking it easy on you, so far. This year, we plan to kick it up a notch. If you think our PIG Doctrine and Incorrectness 101 are a pain in your butt, get ready to be thrilled spitless.

We began our 4th year in cyberspace with high expectations, but we quickly realized that we’d set the bar much too low. When it comes to dishing it out...when it comes to political inkorrectness on steroids, we reset that ‘outrageous’ bar very high for our 5th year.

In many ways, year 5 will be familiar since it will be the usual mixture of table-pounding outrage, smirky glee over the depths of human stupidity, and our utterly PIGish - tongue firmly in cheek - commentary on what passes for culture on this blue green world.

Year 5 will see us serving up new PIGish delights on geography (in the works), state mottos (ready for prime time), sports (yes, we’re still threatening to deploy this one) and assorted other goodies that are still skulking around inside our PIGish imaginations. More!!!
