Steaming Load: Brit Korrectniks Paint A Bull’s-Eye on Free Speech

Despite inhabiting Earth for 67 years, Christian Pauline Howe, was still unprepared for the antics she witnessed at a local GLAAD BAAG Pride prance-a-thon. Horrified by the experience, our heroine sat down and wrote a impassioned letter to the Elected Tormentors on the Norwich City Council. It was, as things turned out, a reality check which made a strong impression on the Norwich nitwits:

She fired off a letter to the council describing the march as a 'public display of indecency' that was 'offensive to God'.

She wrote: 'It is shameful that this small but vociferous lobby should be allowed such a display unwarranted by the minimal number of homosexuals.'

The letter went on to describe homosexuals as 'sodomites', said homosexuality had 'contributed to the downfall of every empire' and added that 'gay sex was a major cause of sexually transmitted infections'. (Daily Mail)

Did the local council pay attention? You better believe it, Sparky:

[Our heroine] received a response from the council's deputy chief executive, Bridget Buttinger, who said it was the local authority's "duty... to eliminate discrimination of all kinds. The content of your letter has been assessed as potentially being hate related because of the views you expressed towards people of a certain sexual orientation. Your details and details of the contents of your letter have been recorded as such and passed to the police."

The two police officers later turned up at her home in Poringland, near Norwich, and informed her the contents of her letter had caused offence.

That’s right, PIGsters, for exercising her free speech birthright to express her moral objections to GLAAD BAAG fun and games, Christian was put on a ‘hate crimes’ watch list and given a tongue lashing by a pair of Korrectnik badge packers. Ironically, while the Norwich (in)justice system defends their heavy-handed antics, Christian Howe is getting some support from a GLAAD BAAG equality group, Stonewall, who deemed the Norwich response ‘Disproportionate’.

In this case, the principle is much more important than the particulars. Christian Howe’s only crime is daring to express her heartfelt opinion. She didn’t make any threats, she just gave the local council a piece of her mind. That might not be popular in Korrectnik infested J.O.E., but, whether the Korrectniks like it or not, it is - as Christian would insist - her God-given birthright.

As a sovereign individual, I am not compelled to agree with Christian’s opinion. I am, however, required to support her inherent right to express her heartfelt opinions, without unwarranted, Nanny State, interference.

Will Political Dissent be Silenced by Obama's Internet Police?

I fully understand that cyber warfare and cyber attacks are a national security threat. With that I am willing to have some of my rights intruded upon in the name of us having a secure nation -- but only too a limited extent. Though some on the left went totally ape shit over the Patriot Act, I had no problem with it. I did not find the wire taps intrusive... if you were not planning to attack our country -- then you had nothing to worry about. I may be wrong, but, other than terrorists, I have yet to hear about someone being convicted of a crime from the wire taps.

Fast forwarding to present day... any restrictions placed upon the American public should be viewed as questionable. Why? Because collectively the new administration has launched a full frontal assault on being American and everything for which we stand. When this administration says, " in the best interest of our country..." or, "... in the name of National Security," the echoes of Hugo Chavez and other Socialist, Marxist, Fascist, Communist, etc... dictators ring through our halls of justice & freedom.

Never in the history of our country has an elected U.S. President used his office as a tool of stripping away our rights or turning fellow Americans against each other more than President Obama. Using the Dept. of Homeland Security to label outspoken individuals as extremists, instruct the FBI to open files and investigate organizers of any so-called anti-government rallys and the dispatching of union thugs to beat socialized health care naysayers are just a few things President Obama has done as he forcefully tries imposing his socialist views on our country. This modern day constitutional assault on any and all free thinking legal citizens of the United States is of historical proportions.

Now, and again chirping in the name of "national security," Obama is planning on expanding their insidious reach into our lives by creating the Internet Police giving him emergency access to our personal information and the authority to shut down websites....

Internet companies and civil liberties groups were alarmed this spring when a U.S. Senate bill proposed handing the White House the power to disconnect private-sector computers from the Internet.

They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft of S.773 (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.

Probably the most controversial language begins in Section 201, which permits the president to "direct the national response to the cyber threat" if necessary for "the national defense and security." The White House is supposed to engage in "periodic mapping" of private networks deemed to be critical, and those companies "shall share" requested information with the federal government. ("Cyber" is defined as anything having to do with the Internet, telecommunications, computers, or computer networks.) More...

Even without imposing the Internet Police, some Internet search engines have already taken it upon themselves to become Obama's Goose-Stepping Internet Goons. As I posted here when Google recently blocked access to the website of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) through their search engine.

I find it funny that the BD/SM loving Democrats continue defying all logic by hosting Town Hall meetings. It's almost like they think they will come up with something clever to say and "poof" we will all go away. I'm thinking maybe they' re hoping they can get a You Tube worthy moment by finding one where maybe their supporters of socialized health care out number the opponents.

In one of the latest Town Hall tussles in Reston, VA, an aptly named ass-crack of an police officer, Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr, takes it upon himself to become one of Obama's self-appointed, goose-stepping goon's by declaring martial law on the freedom of expression.

Taking issue with a poster depicting his leader as the "Joker," Officer Ass-Crack imposed the new Obama version of "Selective Free Speech."

A video of the town hall held earlier this week by Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., shows an unnamed protester standing on school grounds carrying a sign that read "Organizing for National Socialist Health Care – The Final Solution" and depicted Barack Obama in the Joker's makeup.

Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. then told the protester that even though others were holding signs, his sign was unacceptable because of the depiction of Obama.

"But you got this with a picture," Cheeks said, explaining why the protester was being singled out from the others. "That's the difference. This has got a picture on it. That don't have a picture on it.

"Sir, leave the picture down," the officer said. "If you put the picture back up, you'll be charged with trespassing."

The protester continued the argument, wondering how his presence among hundreds of others at the town hall meeting could be deemed trespassing.

The officer answered, "If I told you once to take it down and you put it back up, I can charge you with whatever I want to charge you with."

Unable to turn the Town Haller in at the Ruler of Red Shed's "Neighbor Fink Link" -- created especially for silencing these type of so-called "anti-socialized health care hooligans" trying to exercises their God-given & Constitutionally protected rights -- the colonically challenged ass hat of a handcuffer just threatens to just make up a law and charge the guy.

How American!

Well if that sign got Officer Cheeks all tightened up, after buffing up his shiny black knee high boots, I'm sure this sign would have him herding you off into a cattle car.

THIS week, as President Obama's surro gates denounced worried citizens as a "mob," leftist leaders abroad cracked heads.

More than a few Obamacrats may long for the same freedom of action as Venezuela's Hugo Chavez or Russia's Vladimir Putin.

To say nothing of North Korea's "dear leader," Kim Jong-Il, who made a former US president dance real close. Or Iran's "President" Ahmedinejad, who White House press secretary Robert Gibbs described as "elected." (Had a Bushie committed such a gaffe, it would've made headlines.)

Democracy advocates are driven into bunkers -- and we get cash-for-clunkers. The only genuine concern shown by the Obama administration abroad has been for ousted Chavista ex-President Manuel Zelaya, who tried to turn Honduras into Little Venezuela.

What really happened this week, while domestic leftists (known for their own disruptive, abusive public protests) were attacking hard-working Americans who don't want their health care looted?

North Korea won big. Former President Bill Clinton crawled (well, flew in a Hollywood bigwig's jet) to Pyongyang to stroke the world's nuttiest dictator to free two journalists on ex-VP Al Gore's payroll.

Glad the gals are back in the Land of the Big PX. But the message we sent was that you can grab gringos and instantly become a Friend of Bill. Wonder what Iran will want for hostages? Will the Taliban demand face-time with Tina Fey in exchange for the soldier it holds?

(In case you missed it, Obama's senior counterterrorism adviser, John O. Brennan, just told The Washington Post, "This is not a 'War on Terror' " and we need to exercise "soft power." Terrific! Would somebody please tell the terrorists?)

Tehran grabbed three knuckleheaded US hikers. They shouldn't have been flirting with Iran's border. (I've been there -- with Kurdish border guards -- and it's Indian country.) Now Iran won't even confirm that it holds them.

Ahmedinejad was sworn in for another term as president. And the torture, murder and show trials of freedom protesters continue. Befuddled by the collapse of its let's-talk solution to Iranian nukes, the White House had little to say.

Chavez clamped down harder. Obama's counterpart in Caracas seized dozens of independent radio stations, moved to shutter the last opposition TV station and ruled that criticizing Chavez merits a prison sentence.

Did the government of history's greatest force for freedom say one word? Nope. Too busy attacking American "mobs." (Protests against Bush were patriotic, but protests against Obama are psychotic.)

Russian nuclear subs appeared off our eastern seaboard. Hey, it's been a long time, tovarishi.

Those pathetic old tubs aren't a serious threat -- I hope our Navy's standing by to rescue the crews if the hulls rust through. But Moscow was making two points:

First, it was showing off for the home audience: "We're back! We have two working submarines! Hurrah!" Second, this was a warning to Obama not to protest the renewed Russian mischief in South Ossetia and fresh threats against Georgia.

Our troops faced another deadly week in Afghanistan. Still without a strategy. Shockingly, no left-wing groups protested Obama's war or called for the troops to come home. Instead, one lefty outfit called for another troop increase.

Great! Will MoveOn.org activists volunteer now? (Naw, the military's only for stupid people . . . )

The hypocrisy stinks like a ton of Limburger in a public toilet.

But what would folks like you and me know? We're just a mob.

St. Louis Tea Party will be protesting tomorrow is to demand justice for Kenneth Gladney, an African-American conservative who was brutally beaten by 4 individuals, at least 2 of whom were identified as SEIU representatives. The beatings included racial slurs and required hospitalization of Mr. Gladney.

As videos show, the attack was unprovoked and no one retaliated against the union thugs.

This attack followed hours of taunts and verbal assaults by SEIU and ACORN members upon citizens gathered to express their views under the First Amendment. We believe this brutal beating is part of an organized plan to suppress dissent to the Administration's planned seizure of the medical industry in the United States.

Anyone who believes in non-violent protest, in the rule of law, in the right of black men and women to express conservative political views, in the right to peaceably assemble, to speak freely, and to petition Congress for a redress of grievances is invited to attend.

The Tea Party specifically requests the NAACP and the ACLU to come out in support of Kenneth Gladney's rights which were trampled by these hooligans. We call on Representative Russ Carnahan to denounce the beating. We call on President Obama to denounce the beatings. We call on St. Louis County to prosecute the assailants to fullest extent of the law.

This question is to all the people who voted for Obama... is this the change you voted for? You have been suckered! No red-blooded American, regardless of party affiliation, race, religious views, etc... could not only ever agree with this behavior. According to the Demoncrat gas bags on Capitol Hill, you no longer merit life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, if you voted on the losing side in the last election. Their message to you is simple, and chilling: "You lost. Shut up." If you persist in exercising your Constitutionally guaranteed right to free speech, Obamunists will rat you out as an enemy of the Messiah by turning in your name to the Red Shed’s new Enemy’s List Czar.

The Demoncrats have plunged headlong into an Orwellian mindset where mindless obeisance to the Marxist Messiah supercedes free speech and mob rule trumps inalienable individual liberty. Supreme Court slaps Ninth Circuit Nitwits - Again!

The anti-Christian, family-hating nitwits on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals again get backhanded by the Supreme Court for trying to redefine the Consitution...

On February 24th, the Supreme Court overturned the Ninth Circus—err, Circuit—Court of Appeals once again. Unsurprisingly so, since they are most oft-overturned appeals court in the nation. And decidedly so, as well, in the 7-2 decision of Ysursa v. Pocatello Education Association.

In this case, the Ninth Circuit had read into the First Amendment a “right” of public employee unions to utilize public payroll deductions for political purposes. In Idaho, it is a matter of law that public employee unions—or any other government agency or organ—may use payroll deductions for political purposes.

This has instant impact of allowing union workers to decide whether or not they’d like to donate to a union’s political arm. The effect, of course, may be to effectively hamper a union’s political activities. But taxpayers have a reasonable expectation that their hard-earned money is not utilized on a de facto basis for political activities.

Americans for Limited Government on June 6th had filed an amicus curiae brief in the case, and certainly we here are gratified that the Supreme Court overwhelmingly agreed with us.

The real story, though, is the absurdity of the Ninth Circuit’s ruling in the first place. The First Amendment does not require government to devote taxpayer resources to facilitating the speech of anybody. In other words, a state’s budget is not in itself a public forum.

If it were, governments across the nation would be required as a matter of law to facilitate the speech of all points of view. Clearly, an untenable standard, when the purpose of the First Amendment is to protect political speech from government interference. And in an era when government funding comes with government strict terms and conditions, clearly the power of the purse would have a chilling rather than enabling effect on speech.

Therefore, the Ninth Circuit’s initial ruling—which truly was a circus act—in Ysursa was actually quite dangerous, and the Supreme Court deserves praise for stamping out the potential flames of government coercion upon the freedom of expression.

Local Law Firm - Jones Day - Goose Steps on 1st Amendment

Earlier this year I posted on how the law firm of Jones Day was suing realty-based website, Block Shoppers, for linking to their website without permission. At issue was, Jones Day felt that by re-listing real estate purchase made by their attorneys and linking to their site, Block Shoppers was portraying an affiliation with the firm.

Even though most legal experts felt this was equal of a Grand Canyon leap of rational legal thinking, and the real estate listing were a matter of public record, Jones Day initially offered Block Shoppers a deal... in exchange for not being sued, give us a check for $10,000, remove the links and we will forgive you. Refusing to be extorted and standing up to Jones Day's attack on our 1st Amendment rights, Block Shoppers initially told the licentious, litigating leeches to go pound salt.

After months of trying to appease Jones Day's, Block Shoppers was no longer able to keep up with the deep-pockets of Jones Day....

Under the settlement, Blockshopper can continue to link to Jones Day's site, but it must use the firm's Web address as the link.

Blockshopper says it spent more than $100,000 defending itself against the lawsuit.

"They had no shot at winning, but they were going to bleed us dry," said co-founder Brian Timpone, who described the settlement Wednesday. (PD)

It should be noted that the settlement the goose-steppers at Jones Day finally accepted was offered 4 months earlier, when Block Shoppers had only spent $10,000 in legal fees.

We all know that many in the left continually try to remove even the slightest hint of Christianity from our everyday lives. Their attacks on Joe The Plumber and now Senator Joe Lieberman are two examples of what happens when you don't subscribe to their feelings and plotted agenda.

Many of us on the right have been very vocal about how, as the founding beliefs in Christianity are removed from our country - our country continues in a decline. The left scoffs at these rants - by ignoring the truth and the facts.

Speech Police getting a Head Start; Judge bans use of words "Illegals" and "Aliens"

We can get ready for a whole lot more of this! Every ABC liberal group or special rights group will be mobilizing the Speech Police that have infiltrated our justice system masquerading as judges.

A robed rube on the AZ Supreme Court, Chief Justice Ruth McGregor, has banned the words "Illegals" and "Aliens" in all AZ courtrooms. After receiving a letter from Arizona's Hispanic bar Association crying that the terms are inappropriate....

In a strongly worded letter to the chief justice, Los Abogados’ president says attaching an illegal status to a person establishes a brand of contemptibility, creates the appearance of anti-immigrant prejudice and tarnishes the image of courts as a place where disputes may be fairly resolved.

It further points out that no human being is illegal and that a national Hispanic journalism association has roundly criticized the reference for dehumanizing a segment of the population. The letter goes on to criticize the state’s High Court for using the term “illegals” in at least two opinions and the term “illegal aliens” in dozens of others.

It concludes with a list of acceptable and unacceptable terms relating to illegal immigration. Among those the group wants banned are; immigration crisis, immigration epidemic, open borders advocates, anchor babies and invaders. Among the acceptable terms are foreign nationals, unauthorized workers and human rights advocates.

I hope Justice McGregor comes down with a double dose of Montezuma's Revenge!

7th grader called racist for wearing McCain/Palin t-shirt

A 7th grade student expressing her right to free speech was called racist by her classmates for wearing a McCain/Palin t-shirt at school.

The 12 year old girl was given the shirt by fellow campaign workers from the McCain/Palin HQ in New Smyrna Beach, Flori-duh for all her hard work. Proud to be part of the political process - the girl was assaulted by the little snot-nosed demon spawn of the political left at school.

I do not believe school officials made the girl remove the shirt - but I read nothing about school officials stopping the harrassment and verbal assault heaped upon her by the little brainwashed Obamaites.

This is yet again another example of how the, affirmative action asses on the left act towards anyone thats disagrees with their position. Their forced indoctrination of the children in our schools is where they start teaching that "Free Speech" is only acceptable IF it is in line with their agenda. This is what I call the korrectnik's on the left attempt at redefining "Free Speech" to "Selective Free Speech."

On one hand they preach, people should accept people for who they are - not the color of their skin. Then on the other hand, you are labeled racist if you do not support Obama because he IS black...

If Big Brother Obama is willing to take these liberty-nuking steps NOW, when he’s a mere candidate, it should be heeded as a warning of things to come.

Barack Ovader's Storm Troopers stomp on Free Speech

Taking a tactic from former President Nixon - Obama is threatening TV stations with FCC investigations and lawsuits if they run any ads that do not portray him in the best of light.

Barack Ovader has dispatched his storm troopers to Missouri in the attempts of squelching any ads or depictions of him they disagree with - regardless if they are true or not...

KMOV-TV in St. Louis reports District Attorney Robert McCulloch, a past president of the National District Attorneys Association, said that whether the ads could be attributed to an opponent's campaign itself, or another organization, "If they're not going to tell the truth, somebody's got to step up and say, 'That's not the truth. This is the truth.'"

The KMOV report said the Obama campaign asked members of Missouri's law enforcement to target anyone who "lies" or issues misleading television ads. Formation of the Obama "Truth Squad" was the result, the report said. More...

Of course Obama's and his cult followers are exempt from these restrictions of telling the truth. Which only makes sense as they are the ones who create the truth and are implementing their Selective Free Speech requirements. Selective Free Speech means you can say what you want - as long as it agrees with the propaganda disseminated from Ovaders camp.

Understand, things are only deemed truthful if they are taken directly from Barack Ovader's - "How to trick America into Electing Me" handbook.

Knowing how them gun-clinging rednecks from PA & Ohio hate Ovader, the Storm Troopers pulled out their Free Speech slashing light sabres and prepared for battle. Launching a preemptive strike - warning shots over the bow at some news agencies in Ohio & PA....

The campaign also sent "threatening" letters to several news agencies in Pennsylvania and Ohio demanding they stop airing ads exposing Obama's gun stance, according to the National Rifle Association.

The NRA said Obama sent "cease and desist letters" to news outlets in the two states, "denouncing the ads and demanding their removal from the airwaves."

Jones Day Law Firm Sues Internet Site

Here is another case bloggers and websites will be watching closely.

The law firm of Jones Day is upset that a realty-based website, Block Shoppers, has linked to their website without permission.

Block Shoppers posts information about real estate transactions that are easily obtainable through simple Internet searches. I wonder if the asshats at Jones Day will be suing Al Gore? After all he did invent the Internet.

Anyway, after listing the condo purchases of two Jones Day attorneys, Block Shoppers was told by the high-priced ambulance cha$ers that they better remove the link and they better stop writing about any attorneys in their firm. Furthermore, Jones Day told Block Shoppers - so the firm does not pursue this in court, a check in the amount of $10,000 should be enough to forget this perceived transgression.

The boneheaded barristers began their goose-stepping, Nazi-like suppression of free speech and filed suit against Block Shoppers after the site refused to be extorted by the jugheads at Jones Day.

Seeing that the pain in the rear - Free Speech - thing might come into play the litigating leeches are trying to hang the suit on an intellectually vacuous argument of infringement.

Timpone said that would mean abandoning constitutional rights and undercutting BlockShopper's business model.

The lawsuit says BlockShopper creates the false impression that Jones Day is affiliated with the real estate site. It claims the use of Jones Day's name "is likely to deceive and cause confusion and mistake among customers."

Jones Day also raises an argument for "dilution," a term in intellectual property law that can mean a trademark has been "blurred ... creating noise around a mark that lessens its ability to function," said Jacqueline Lipton, who specializes in Internet law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Seven Hills Mayor Sues Scene Magazine and Anonymous Blogger

Seven Hills Mayor David Bentkowski is suing Scene magazine and an anonymous local blogger that blogs from the site - Political Science 216.

I am usually one who believes most people sue because they had their feelings hurt and get an ambulance cha$ing attorney willing to sue over something stupid. I do not know if this is the case in this situation.

Bentkowski has supeoned Google for the bloggers identity. The blogger has accused Bentkowski of being a pervert - but has nothing to back up the claims other than speculation. Scene Magazine just rode the Mayor a little and made some off color remarks.

In my opinion Scene did nothing wrong except have fun and made innocent remarks about Bentkowski and accused him of not allowing residents to talk at meetings. Scene "started" on Bentkowski after he sent a letter meant for younger residents of the city and claimed he had the "political IQ of Quiznos' lettuce."

On the other hand the anonymous blogger from Political Science 216 took it a little bit further...

Instead, the blogger asked readers to vote on whether Bentkowski should be dethroned as the "sexiest male politician in Greater Cleveland," a title that readers conferred upon the mayor earlier that year.

AP writer does not like Waffles for Barackfast

Just in case Obama gets elected two two-steppers from Tennessee figured they better make some extra cash. Aware of the impending tax increases if the Messiah is elected - the two writers, Mark Whitlock and Bob DeMoss, put their creative minds to work. Whew - sure glad they weren't named Neal & Bob. But that is another post!

Anyway, coming up with a briliant plan for some pocket change Mark & Bob decided to have some fun at Obama's expense. Knowing that the Anti-American traitor Sen. John Kerry owned the "Flip-Flop" title, they needed something for Obama's daily reversals.

Hmmm, let's think.... Waffles! Obama Waffles! Yep, that's the ticket! So with some silly pictures and some fancy packaging the dillying duo created Obama Waffles.

Looking to cash in on their Barackfast at $10 a box - the two rented a booth at the Values Voter Summit, a conservative political forum sponsored by the Family Research Council. Everything was going great until the korrectnik-fearing sissy's running the event got their panties in a bunch and forced them to close up the booth.

As only expected the MSM needs to put their spin on the event. Sharpening her crayons, AP writer Joan Lowy, takes imaginary race issues from her feeble mind and turns it into blasphemy of the "Anointed One."

I have a news flash for Lowy... the picture does not look like a racial take-off of Aunt Jemima. It is a simple caricature of O'Dipweed smiling! So, Ms. Give the credit to the wrong people Sparky, needs to redirect her rants in the right direction.

If Lowy wants to take issue with someone implying Obama looks like Aunt Jemima, I suggest she carefully, very carefully, turn her attention in a different direction.
