Kuwaiti Professor Dreams of a Biological Attack on USA

Hey, I thought the Jihadikazes were going to like us if Obama won...

From National Terror Alert --

In this speech Kuwaiti Professor Abdallah Nafisi openly speaks of how he fantasizes of a biological attack at the White House and prays for the bombing of a nuclear plant on Lake Michigan.

Lake Erie Wind Turbine Study led by Blow Hards

Now if this doesn't explain why the Cuyahoga County is so screwed up - nothing will. We have our political hack of a county prosecutor, Bill Mason, heading up the study for wind turbines. So this I must ask... - other than being a blowhard - what exactly in his background makes him qualified for this position?

I would say having the guy who initially thumbed his nose at Lady Justice is hardly a beacon of hope for our exploration into wind turbines on Lake Erie.

After receiving a grant for $672,000 for the study, Mason, a potential target in the Cuyahoga County corruption scandal, proves this project will ALSO be just another silver butt bullet for Cuyahoga County...

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason, the task force chairman, said a chunk of that will pay the salary of one of his top assistants, Steve Dever, who will step in as the task force's first executive director.

Dever has been a key figure as the task force builds expertise and capital to pursue an off-shore wind pilot project -- six to eight turbines on the lake, along with a research and testing center.

Dever said the Cleveland Foundation money will cover his $112,000 salary as he takes an absence from the prosecutor's office.

"I'll take a year off from ... chasing bad guys to chase wind," Dever said at a task force meeting Thursday, held at the Cleveland Foundation. (PD)

Exactly Mr. Dever, you will be chasing the wind - unfortunately for Cuyahoga County residents it is turning out to be a "fart in a wind storm".

Burris' Bull - More lies from Democrats

Boy these democrats are really turning out to be the pillar of integrity. Obama's potential replacement in the Senate - Roland Burris, the man appointed by the now impeached Gov. Blagojevich of IL has been caught lying under oath...
For the first time, Burris indicated that he asked Blagojevich's former chief of staff and college classmate, Lon Monk, to relay his interest in the Senate seat to the governor last July or September.

"If you're close to the governor, you know, let him know I'm certainly interested in the seat," Burris said he told Monk.

That testimony appears to differ from an affidavit Burris submitted to the impeachment panel this week in which he stated he spoke to no "representatives" of the governor about the Senate post prior to Dec. 26. (Chicago Sun-Times)

Burris explains his step into the Blagojeshit by claiming he was only talking to Monk as a friend and not as a representative of the Governor.

Here is more scientific proof of Global Warming...

From Politically Incorrect Gazette

City of Cleveland prepares for another attack on 2nd Amendment

Now here's some breaking news you won't find in the local fishwrap we call the Plain Dealer. The City of Cleveland is again trying to back door our 2nd Amendment rights.

From Buckeye Firearms --
Even as the City of Cleveland continues to be the only municipality in Ohio illegally enforcing local firearm laws, while at the same time lying about it to the media, Buckeye Firearms Association has learned that the anti-Second Amendment, anti-self-defense, anti-hunting legislation which Mayor Frank Jackson tried unsuccessfully to get passed in the 127th General Assembly is about to be reintroduced.

According to our sources, Rep. Barbara Boyd (D) is circulating a letter requesting co-sponsors for a piece of gun control legislation which died at the end of last session, and which she apparently intends to reintroduce. The legislation, which was known in the 127th General Assembly as House Bill 354, was written by Mayor Jackson's own law department, and first introduced October 16, 2007 by Rep. Boyd and Rep. Sandra Williams (D). More...

Like I have said before, with Obamao now being President, we can expect that our 2nd Amendment right to legally possess, own and carry firearms will be under constant attack. And again, this is all the more reason we need a known entity serving as our next chief justice on the Ohio Supreme Court.

Local Law Firm - Jones Day - Goose Steps on 1st Amendment

Earlier this year I posted on how the law firm of Jones Day was suing realty-based website, Block Shoppers, for linking to their website without permission. At issue was, Jones Day felt that by re-listing real estate purchase made by their attorneys and linking to their site, Block Shoppers was portraying an affiliation with the firm.

Even though most legal experts felt this was equal of a Grand Canyon leap of rational legal thinking, and the real estate listing were a matter of public record, Jones Day initially offered Block Shoppers a deal... in exchange for not being sued, give us a check for $10,000, remove the links and we will forgive you. Refusing to be extorted and standing up to Jones Day's attack on our 1st Amendment rights, Block Shoppers initially told the licentious, litigating leeches to go pound salt.

After months of trying to appease Jones Day's, Block Shoppers was no longer able to keep up with the deep-pockets of Jones Day....
Under the settlement, Blockshopper can continue to link to Jones Day's site, but it must use the firm's Web address as the link.

Blockshopper says it spent more than $100,000 defending itself against the lawsuit.

"They had no shot at winning, but they were going to bleed us dry," said co-founder Brian Timpone, who described the settlement Wednesday. (PD)

It should be noted that the settlement the goose-steppers at Jones Day finally accepted was offered 4 months earlier, when Block Shoppers had only spent $10,000 in legal fees.

Boy, how I would love to be their next target.

Mandel for Ohio Treasurer?

It can be said that Jill from Writes Like She Talks is always up to speed about the Democrats and also keeps a watchful eye on the opposition. Here, Jill lists a link about her Republican Ohio Rep. Josh Mandel and his exploring of a possible run for Ohio Treasurer...
Others were from other parts of the state and are still largely unknown to Republicans here, like Josh Mandel, a state representative from northeast Ohio and a Marine Corps veteran if Iraq. He plans to take on Ohio Treasurer Kevin Boyce, a Columbus Democrat who was appointed to the job in December.
Kevin who?

I will say one thing - if Josh decides to run for this position - run he does! The guy worked so hard he wore out a pair of shoes knocking doors in his last election. Boyce had better get som in-kind donations form Reebok!

White House posts Economic Stimulus Bill online for Comment

Looking to be famous?

The White House has posted a copy of President Obamao's pork-filled stimulus bill online so you can send a private comment. Click Here

Imagine that... the comments for the bill the democrats are claiming most of the United States supports - will not be shown. Of course you know one of the three comments supporting the stimulus will be read to the public as a signal of country-wide support. Then throw in a couple - "Just like Lincoln..." and there you have it!

In order to leave a comment you must leave your name and an email address, so please be careful. If you say anything disparaging may I suggest using the name Fidel, Che, Mao or Hugo...

If not - you might end up being the next Joe the Plumber!

Pelosi Stimulates a Harvest Mouse

Why does it not surprise me Rep. Ninny Pelosi, a person who supported a pornographic Gay Last Supper event, would think spending $30 million for saving a mouse would be considered instrumental in a stimulus plan.

From ALG --

There’s an old saying that, “If you give a mouse a cookie, it'll ask for a glass of milk.” Well, it appears that the salt marsh harvest mouse may receive more than just a cookie. Thanks to house Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), up to $30 million has been allocated in the so-called economic “stimulus” bill, for wetlands restoration—surprise, surprise—Ms. Pelosi’s home district in order to accommodate the creature comforts of the harvest mouse.

While the stated purpose of the $789 billion spending bill—$1.1 trillion after interest—is to promote job growth and thereby stimulate the economy, the bill has turned into special-interest funding heaven, with billions of non-existent taxpayer dollars going to fund legislators’ pet projects. And yet the politicians have no qualms about promoting it as the best-laid plans of mice and men.

As the bill, almost universally opposed by Republicans—as well as 69 percent of Americans who lack confidence that Congress knows what it is doing when it comes to addressing the country’s current economic problems—entered the final stages of negotiation between House and Senate, Democratic leaders engaged in a game of cat and mouse with the American people, claiming that the bill has no earmarks.

And yet, spending $30 million on wetlands in the district of the Speaker of the House can hardly be called anything but an earmark—especially given the fact that Ms. Pelosi has pushed for funding of the mouse's wetlands in past sessions. More...

The only person I would think that might agree saving a mouse could stimulate anything would be maybe... Richard Gere?!?
