Sex Education in Kindergarten proposed for Iowa Schools

In another attack on our children by the brown shirt educrats in this country, the corn holers n Iowa want to teach "age appropriate" sex education to children starting in Kindergarten.

A bill introduced in the Iowa House would expand what’s required to be taught in schools to include “age-appropriate”, comprehensive sex education beginning in kindergarten. The legislation is being pushed by Mary Mascher, a Democrat from Iowa City, who is a longtime educator.

She says kids need more information than they get in schools where abstinence only is taught. “We need to give kids good information. We need to give kids the ability, the skill set to be able to make a good choice and good choices in their lives,” Mascher says. Mascher says parents would have the option to pull their children from the sexuality classes.

But the proposal still raises concerns among some private school administrators. The executive director of the Iowa Catholic Conference, Tom Chapman, says the idea violates the moral beliefs of many parents. “We think that the sexuality education is a job for parents, and we’d certainly would like to keep it that way. And this bill would require all Catholic schools to teach comprehensive sex education as defined by the state board of education, so we would have some concern about what they might approve as the curriculum,” Chapman said.

A couple points here.... first -- there is NO "age appropriate" sex education for a child in kindergarten! In kindergarten children shouldn't even be interested in the "you show me yours & I'll show you mine" game that kids play. In kindergarten the only thing kids should be worried about is having fun, learning basic skills and what time the "Wiggles" are on TV.

Second and most important... it is the parents job & up to the parents when they decide to teach their little Johnny & Susie's that the stork really doesn't bring babies.

My last argument would be.... the left is always screaming about separation of Church & State, so why would this not apply to Catholic schools? The answer is because in this case it goes against their agenda of trying to indoctrinate our children into their brown-shirted, goose-stepping, leftist, progressive and degenerate ways!

Bedford School Board Member Swept out of Office

In the long over due spanking he never received, Bedford School Board member, Andrew "I want my Food" Mizsak was bent over the knee of Bedford voters and soundly spanked at the polls.

Miszak, who lives with his parents, said, "I know this looks bad" after his father, also Andrew, called 9-1-1 to complain that his son threw a plate of food at him and balled up his fist when told to clean his room (Tipoff, May 18, 2009.) According to the police report, "Andrew was sent to his room to clean it. He was crying uncontrollably and stated he would comply."

His father refused to press charges, saying, "I don't want to ruin his political career."

In a field of five candidates with the top three winning seats on the school board, Mizsak ran fourth Tuesday, according to final unofficial results from the Cuyahoga County board of elections.

His mother, Paula Mizsak, a Bedford councilwoman, answered the phone Wednesday and said her son would have no comment.

Be assured, Mr. Mizsak did not cost his son the election or ruin his political career. If it was not for his mother and father, the bloated man/child wouldn't have got the amount of sympathy votes that he did.

Don't worry Bedford residents, like a bad foot fungus -- he will return to run for something. With Andrew it is not about serving the people, it is about serving his stomach sized matching ego.

Like most lads his age, a Newark (Delaware) 6 year old, Zachary Christie, is brimming with enthusiasm. For example, Zachary is over the top about his recent entry into the Cub Scouts. Among other things, he’s particularly thrilled about a camping utensil which can deploy a knife, a fork, or a spoon.

Eager to put the goodie to use, Zachary did what any lad his age would do. He took it to school in his lunch box, so he could eat his meal with it. No harm, no foul? In a rational world, perhaps, but 'rational' excludes the Educrat asshats who infest the Christina School District. Under their non-negotiable rules of ZTZ engagement, Zachary was guilty of possessing a ‘weapon’ on school grounds. The penalty for that "regardless of the possessor’s intent" is suspension. In a heartbeat, Zachary was suspended then condemned to spend 45 day’s in the district’s reform school.

Zachary’s fate seemed sealed, thanks to Zero Tolerance Zombie intransigence. Thankfully, help arrived in time to save the day. I’d call the ensuing blowback ‘memorable’ but that’s an egregious understatement. Thanks to rational adult outrage from sea to shining sea, and beyond, the asshats running Christina School District beat a hasty retreat:

Mind-numbed zero tolerance is a turd that needs to be flushed, before it’s too late. As far as I’m concerned, this Delaware cess-school district is good place to start. Yes, they backed off about sending an eager 6 year old lad to reform school for 45 days, but they didn’t back down until rational adult outrage forced them to cut the crap.

And here in Bedford, OH we have a School Board member, Andrew Mizsak, that acts worse than a 6 year old by throwing his food and threatening to hit his legally blind father. I guess "No Tolerance" doesn't apply for full grown man-boys that still live with mommy & daddy.

Messiah Barry’s speech, just the thought of it, doesn’t thrill me spitless, but I’m not going postal over it, for the obvious reasons. We need to face the bitter fact that this speech is the kind of ‘tooting his own horn’ crap that a malignant narcissist like Barry is compelled to do. I’m not crazy about this yammering to the kiddies, but I don’t think that the speech itself is the real danger.

To expose the danger, we need to get real about what Barry will, and won’t, do. According to the Department of Educrap, Barry will drone on, endlessly, about studying hard, and the importance of a good education:

"The President will challenge students to work hard, set educational goals, and take responsibility for their learning. He will also call for a shared responsibility and commitment on the part of students, parents and educators to ensure that every child in every school receives the best education possible so they can compete in the global economy for good jobs and live rewarding and productive lives as American citizens."

As much as I despise and distrust him, I doubt that Prompter Punk will stare into the camera and say "You must worship me, the way I worship myself. If I’m my own icon of perfection, I must be yours, too."

Okay, this speech is Prompter Punk bull crap time, and that’s nobody’s idea of a good time, as Barry’s falling poll numbers show. Like I said, I don’t see Barry as the problem. I DO see America’s Educrats as a clear and present danger to the intellectual sovereignty of America’s school age kids. Is that pagan scribbler paranoia? Not exactly.

We’ve already seen it played out, a few days ago, when some Utah Educrats played a tape of tyke-venerated celebrities, popular entertainers like Asston Kutcher, pledging their allegiance to Messiah Barry personally. They didn’t pledge allegiance to America, or the American people. They pledged allegiance to the Marxist Messiah. Is that the kind of message you want rammed down the throats of your children, your grandchildren, anyone’s children?

Was this an isolated case? Perhaps, but the rules of engagement posted by the Department of Educrap concerning Messiah Barry’s speech, contain some troubling elements. For example, a fter the speech, teachers are instructed to ask the tykes to discuss questions like:

• What do you think the president wants us to do?
• Does the speech make you want to do anything?
• Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us?
• What would you like to tell the president?

The item that sent up a Red Shed flag for me is this optional, teachable moment, element:

• [Have students] write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president.

Another troubling element to these rules of engagement is the fact that from start to finish, the focus is all Barry, all the time. It is, in other words, an exercise aimed a stroking Messiah Barry’s universe-size ego. The kids are little more than useful idiots enlisted to further inflate the ego of this legend in his own mind.

Is this Prompter Punk speech a turd that needs to be flushed? Yes, because it gives cultural Marxists with teaching credentials another excuse to do what comes much too naturally: indoctrinate their captive audience instead of educating them. For that reason, and for that reason alone, Barry’s speech to the kiddies needs to be flushed out of our misery.

Strickland's School Funding Blunder Opens Door for Obamacation of Our Children

After some empty & costly political posturing by Senate President Bill Harris (R) the residents of OH were saddled with a Gov. Strickland crafted smoke and mirrors budget, that may go down in flames depending on the OH Supreme Court ruling on slots.

In this budget Gov. Strickland was supposed to finally deliver on his campaign promise of fixing school funding in Ohio. And what a fix we got! Instead of cutting the bureaucrat BS and forcing schools to decrease the costs weighed down by far too many administrators running our districts, we find the students (and parents) will be short changed.

For the next two years, public-school students in grades four and seven won't take a writing test in the spring. And fifth- and eighth-graders won't take a social-studies test.

That means only high school students will continue to be tested in those subjects for now.

The change was part of a cost-slashing state budget passed over the summer. Not having to prepare and score the tests will save the Ohio Department of Education almost $9 million over the two years.

"Our budget for assessments was cut by 21 percent," said Stan Heffner, an associate superintendent with the department. "The only way to hit the target was to suspend tests."

People this is a load of scholastically crafted crap!

By going to the State of OH Auditor site and typing in "School Performance Audits" you will find that untold millions can be saved in our districts. A cursory review of School Performance Audits will show you that this cost saving tool has already saved some districts from hundreds of thousands upwards to millions of tax payer dollars by cutting wasteful spending.

So if we took the 633 school districts across the state and through the use of School Performance Audits were able to save $500,000 per district -- this would lead to over $300 million in savings by cutting the fat. I guess for us stupid voters this logical fix is too easy. Plus the NEA, ODE and the teachers unions would be up in arms if they were no longer allowed to fleece the residents with the approval of our elected officials.

So to sum up the $9 million shortfall excuse being used because of budget cuts -- AGAIN -- it is scholastically crafted BS! I would defy any elected official or school official try arguing that point. In fact, I dare them!

Now onto the cutting of the tests. Believe it or not, according to the PD article state scores show...

84 percent of Ohio fourth-graders and 80 percent of seventh-graders passed writing last school year.

62 percent of the state's fifth-graders and 51 percent of eighth-graders got passing scores on that test. Just 15 of the 97 districts in Northeast Ohio met the passage-rate goal for eighth-graders.

So if the kids can read and write -- why can't they perform well in social studies?

In my uneducated, got kicked out of class as a hobby opinion I would say it is a lack of teaching -- not a lack of money. But as is typical of the school bureaucrat's they make up excuses using the students as an alibi for poor teaching...

Why have kids had such a hard time with the social studies test?

Part of the answer may lie in the fact that it came on the fourth day of testing. By that time, students had endured 71/2 hours of reading, math and science exams.

But the main problem was that the subject wasn't tested every year, as math and reading are, said Sandy Williams. She works with teachers as an instructional consultant with the Mahoning County Educational Service Center and is the Northeast Ohio representative to the Ohio Council for the Social Studies.

The social studies test that was given in fifth grade also covered material introduced in grades three and four, Williams explained. The eighth-grade test might have asked about something the student learned in grade six or seven.

Boy some nerve - huh? Asking an 8th grader something they learned in 6th or 7th grade. The sadistic SOB's... this is nothing short of child abuse!

I guess a real simple fix of placing the tests where they perform the worst first and where they perform the best last would be too logical. Or God forbid... an 8th grade teacher reinforcing past teachings and continuing on from them would be a terrible thing too.

So big deal about social studies right?

Social Studies -- covers a half-dozen areas such as history, government and geography -- so who cares if our children know about the true history of our country, how our government is run or where the hell Iran is. By allowing this downward slide in social studies it will be much easier to teach our children - "Obamacation" - where the instructions teach how bad of a country we are and we must apologize for our past perceived transgressions, how the government is there to support and do things for you and the only geographic locations they need to know is where the D.C. Red Shed (formerly the White House) is located.

The kick off for replacing education as we once knew it with Obamacation is on Sept. 8th when Chairman Obamao will become a temporary substitute teacher and address our children, without your supervision during school hours.

A Bedford School District Boner

The Bedford School District, having just passed a levy that was narrowly defeated the first time on the ballot, just showed the residents of Bedford improving our schools with new talent is not as important as rewarding failure.

After finally being relieved from the financial anchor of retiring Superintendent Marty Motsco, the district is claiming, after a national search, her flunky assistant was the best we could find.

After a national search, the Bedford school board ended up hiring from within, choosing Sherman Micsak to replace the retiring Martha "Marty" Motsco.

Micsak, 52, has been assistant superintendent since 2001.

He began his career as a teacher and coach in the Lorain schools and then was an assistant principal in North Ridgeville. He has been with Bedford since 1992, serving as secondary supervisor and director of secondary education before becoming assistant superintendent. He starts his three-year contract with an annual salary of $131,500.

Micsak selection can be equated with choosing streak stained underwear over a pair of spanking new shiny skivvies. Personally, I would not give Sherm Micsak the cracked shells of 131,000 peanuts on the stadium floor after a Browns game. This guy is not fit to be head snot-wiper of a preschool class let alone an urban school district.

Not through marked improvement, but through creative math and watered down standards of the state report card, Bedford Schools were just barely elevated out of the basement of the continuous improvement category. That Micsak's starting salary would be higher than the outgoing Motsco is unfathomable from a district barely passing their last levy. That Micsak, after a nationwide search, was deemed the best candidate available is as believable as me becoming an Olympic Decathlon winner.

More upsetting is that the district paid money for this search, which now appears was nothing more than a cosmetic dog & pony show for their predetermined selection. I am told the national search was conducted only after being raised by involved parents. Which by the way, Micsak has repeatedly shown he is not receptive too. As immediate past president of the BHS PTSA, I am saying this from first hand knowledge.

We have a school board election coming up this November, with the struggling financial picture we face in our school district and our city, voters must force the candidates and incumbents running for re-election to show they are ready to make substantial change & fiscally responsible path in moving our district forward. This can be done by demanding a district-wide "performance audit" conducted by the State Auditor. Untold millions have been saved by ditricts across the state through the use of "school performance audits."

Sherm Micsak, should not be confused with his equally pompous, Friday night football buddy and Bedford School Board member Andrew Mizsak. Mizsak, the food throwing, parent threatening, over-bloated, "I love me" man-child who gave the district a national black eye is hopefully serving his last term as Bedford School Board member.

That would be unless voters in the Bedford School District are more stupid than they look.

To a rational adult, the faculty at a Baltimore (Maryland) charter school, KIPP Ujima Village Academy should be hailed as heros. Why? Due to the long hours invested by the teaching staff - at least 9 hours and 15 minutes each school day, included every other Saturday - the students at KIPP Ujima Village Academy, routinely, outperform, their government-schooled counterparts. Long hours + hard work = stellar student achievement.

Here in the FSOP we salute the staff at this charter school for their Educational achievements. In Maryland, the rancid pile of turds calling itself the Baltimore Teachers Union decided to punish this charter school for replacing cultural Marxist indoctrination with real education.

Armed with a state edict, which made charter school teachers part of the district, the union is putting the screws to the charter school, as reported in a recent Neal Boortz posting:

This is where the local union steps in and says "Hey, wait a minute. Teachers at this charter school are working longer hours than other unionized teachers at the government schools." The solution? The Baltimore Teachers Union says that this charter school must pay its teachers 33% more than other government school teachers. The charter school says ... screw you, we have a budget to meet (there's a concept no government hack would understand). So now, one of Baltimore's most successful schools is laying off staff and shortening its school day. They are doing this in order to please the teachers unions.

I don’t give a rat's ass how these teachers union bastards try to explain their frontal assault on educational achievement. This kind of crap shouldn’t happen in this land conceived in liberty. The idiots with self esteem which thrill the Baltimore Teachers Union spitless are a stake driven into the heart of our liberty. By elevating union thuggery-enforced bullshit over education, the Baltimore Teachers Union has betrayed this once great nation and deserve a traitor’s fate.

Flushing is too good for this unionized pile of turds. It’s time to drag them out of the classrooms and put them out of our misery, permanently.

The Pope wants a New World Order

While I agree with some of what the Pope said, that businesses need to be modeled, "with common good by prioritizing ethics and social responsibility over dividend returns." I believe these are very important for businesses. However, the Holy Honcho then goes off the deep end and issued an encyclical, “Charity in Truth,” declaring what sounds like he is endorsing more world wide welfare, a global currency & a new world order...

In the third encyclical of his pontificate, Benedict pressed for reform of the United Nations and international economic and financial institutions to give poorer countries more of a say in international policy.

“There is urgent need (for) a true world political authority” that can manage the global economy, guarantee the environment is protected, ensure world peace and bring about food security for the poor, he wrote.

The Pope continues on with his babbling spouting about a larger unionized work force, that capitalism endangers the rights & jobs of workers, global warming, increasing educational funding and opportunities and reducing energy consumption. Can someone say "Illuminati?"

Now, before the holy rollers tell me I am going to hell - I already know. I was raised Catholic, and I have a strong belief in God and Jesus Christ. Even though I still look at myself as catholic - I refuse to go by some of their over reaching stupidity. Yes, the church can and does do some stupid things... and this would be considered one of them!

Students K-5 will be taught about Gay Penguins

A California school district has approved a mandatory homosexual curriculum for children as young as 5 – and parents will not be allowed to remove their children from the lessons.

The mandatory program, officially titled "LGBT Lesson #9," was approved May 26 by the Alameda County Board of Education by a vote of 3-2. Students from kindergarten through fifth grade will learn about "tolerance" for the homosexual lifestyle beginning next year.

The curriculum is in addition to the school's current anti-bullying program and is estimated to cost $8,000 for curriculum and training.

Parents will not be given an opportunity to opt-out of lessons that go against their religious beliefs. More...

The founder of the homosexual activist group GLSEN, which promotes homosexual clubs in high schools, middle schools and grade schools and is the driving force behind the annual "Day of Silence" celebration of homosexuality in many districts, has been handed a federal appointment where he will be responsible for overseeing "safety" in the nation's public schools.

"In his own writings and books listed on the GLSEN [Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network] Website, I've reported, Kevin Jennings has given tacit nods of approval to sex between young teens and adults," Harvey told WND. "In addition to that, the writings and books, many of which I've read and are incredibly graphic, seem to normalize early teen same-sex sexual behaviors."

Oberlin School District Wipes the Ass of Lady Liberty with Pledge of Allegiance

If Lady Liberty had a "set" - this dandy doozy by the jack-booted, goose-stepping brown shirted educrats running the Oberlin OH School District just gave her a sack splitting kick in the 'nads.

After being confronted by the Lorain 9.12 Meet-Up Group on their attempts of outlawing students from citing the Pledge of Allegiance during school...

"In Lorain county we have undertaken an initiative to get the pledge of allegiance back into the Oberlin public school system. We have attended school board meetings and sent mass mailings and done precinct walking. Unfortunately the best we have managed is a pathetic comprise offer of someone saying the pledge, excluding "under God", over the intercom once a month."

... the camp guards (school board) running the Youth Indoctrination Program for the Oberlin School District issued this edict regarding the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance....

"Citing the pledge of allegiance is not a part of each structured school day. However, at least once and no more than five times each month, as determined by the building principal, the pledge of allegiance shall be read over the public address system in each school building. The pledge of allegiance is an acknowledgment of the freedoms enjoyed by Americans, which includes the rights of dissent and freedom of expression. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that in each classroom no student is to be compelled to join in reciting the pledge, nor shall any student be compelled to refrain from reciting the pledge. Any incidence of hazing, discrimination, bullying, or other form of disparagement of a student choice regarding recitation of the pledge will be considered a major disciplinary infraction and will be referred to the principal for consequences.

The pledge of allegiance and the accompanying preamble will be read together on all occasions of recitation of the pledge: "All students are equally welcome to remain silent or to join in reciting the pledge of allegiance; I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

In addition, the Superintendent shall issue Administrative Guidelines to assure that the Pledge of Allegiance and its historical context will be taught at an appropriate level of sophistication as part of the curriculum in each grade level.

The above edict is just wrong on so many levels. And I always thought the historical context of the Pledge of Allegiance was taught in history class. I guess the "remove all aspects of "God & Country" from our schools changed that. As we now see - the Oberlin School District will refer students to the Superintendent for "re-education" should they fail to adhere by the indoctrination program. Boy, dont I feel like a "stupid American."

Isn't it ironic that as the jack boots intensify their efforts to remove "God & Country" from our schools and the minds of our children they are more than wiling to accept government money bearing those soon to be illegal words - "In God We Trust."

With this, I urge everyone to contact the Oberlin School District and let's help them out. I believe we should all contact these goose-stepping educrats and force them to stand on their beliefs - by asking them to reject any future form of government funding. If they did - wouldn't that be a double standard? Wouldn't that make them hypocrites? After all they are recieving it from the government of the country they no longer wish to embrace and it bears that terrible - "In God We Trust" phrase.

Once again the products being crapped out of our institutions of higher learning show their citizenship skills. Lucky for these kids, burning couches, throwing things at police and refusing to obey police orders is only a crime and not grounds for being labeled a candidate for right-wing radical extremism...

Video posted on the Internet shows students hurling furniture and street signs into the flames Saturday night as a SWAT team in riot gear converged on the crowd. Kent police said the party grew violent after one reveler was arrested and students began pelting officers with bottles, bricks and rocks.

After refusing a lawful order by police, the students were left with no alternative other than begin catching more couches and other household items on fire in the street as they launched bottles, bricks and rocks at the police trying to restore order.

Like the bead laden peace-niks of yore from Kent State (less 4), these students also feel they were wronged by the police (The Man)...

The students led the police down East College Avenue starting fires, said Ben Wolford, an editor at the campus newspaper who witnessed the riot.

"When police first started making their little charge down College Avenue, they yelled, 'Get in your houses or we'll arrest you,' " Wolford said. "When one student stayed on his lawn, two officers sprinted at him and just kind of grabbed him forcefully and arrested him."

Junior Jamie Farrell told the student newspaper: "The cops were being nice, and two minutes later, we were shot by rubber bullets for no reason."

I'm not surprised that this institution of idiots is unable to differentiate between being a victim and an aggressor.

The book bound blowhards at Kent still feel the National Guardsmen were at fault in the '70 uprising at Kent where throngs of unruly students protesting the Vietnam War conducted acts of civil disobedience, refused to obey lawful orders and caused the guardsmen to fear for their life, appropriately were shot & killed.

But what else would you expect from Civil Disobedience University (formerly Kent State University) where you can send your child to learn from a Professor with links to terrorism and then they can hang out in the his, hers, his/hers gender-neutral bathrooms for other cool ass-ramming activities.

The decision, which clears up a conflict among lower courts, revives a lawsuit brought by the parents of a Massachusetts kindergartener who said a third-grade boy repeatedly harassed her on the school bus. Their daughter said the boy made her lift her dress, pull down her underwear and spread her legs.

Francisco Negron, general counsel of the National School Boards Association, disagreed, saying the decision could encourage litigation: "Why should school districts have to go through that pressure (of possible lawsuits), especially at the time of limited funds?" More...

Why should the schools be subject to lawsuits when they do not protect children that are left in their charge? WTF kind of stupid question is that! It is a schools responsibility to provide a safe learning place for the children.

But when dealing with the MA schools and the robed rube's running their lower courts - that both would feel a little girl being felt up is OK does not surprise me. In other instances, the MA courts have ruled teaching kids about homosexuality is more important than religious freedom AND the wishes of the child's parents.

If a straight child is continuosly subjected with Gay is OK - wouldn't that be a form of sexual harrassment too?

State Auditor investigating Cleveland & Toledo School Purchases

At least we have one Republican in Ohio we can be proud of - State Auditor Mary Taylor.

Taylor has saved our state untold millions since she has been elected.

Operating Officer Daniel Burns will also look into practices followed by the Toledo schools when he was their business manager.

Auditors will review purchases from vendors used by both districts, State Auditor Mary Taylor said Tuesday. (Related: Toledo Blade report)

Burns and his assistant, Shenee McCoy-Gibbons, have been on paid leave since Dec. 10 while auditors and Cuyahoga County sheriff's detectives investigate the purchase of at least $160,000 in equipment.

Authorities have not specified the kind of equipment or how many pieces; nor have they laid out the nature of any possible irregularities.

Teacher Ties Up Black Students to Teach about Slavery

In today's climate it appears the only thing we are allowed to call "black" without being accused of racism is "Black Friday." So why a teacher would think they could "play" slavery with black students for a teaching lesson and everything would be OK leaves me speechless...

The teacher has apologized but the NY school, Haverstraw Middle School, has refused to state what, if any, action has been taken against the teacher other than to say she has been spoken with. Guess who finds this unacceptable? The parents and I don't blame them.

With her last name, I will assume the teacher is jewish. Would she think it was OK to teach about the holocaust by having jewish students stick their heads in the cafeteria ovens? Maybe she would teach the kids about handicap people by pushing little wheelchair-bound Johnny down the stairs to explain why there are handicap ramps.

This week, they invoked their Zero Tolerance Zombie policy and nailed 8 inmates with a year-long suspension for a variety of infractions: ‘a written threat to shoot a school principal, a written "hit list," a belt buckle with a pair of brass knuckles, a loaded gun clip, a student carrying a drug, and an alleged assault on a classmate’. I hear those wheels turning, math monkey and you’re right that’s only 7.

Number 8 is the one that has my blood boiling. The infraction sounds serious: bringing a gun to school hidden in a student’s backpack. Was this a narrowly averted school shooting? Not exactly. The gun was a TOY GUN, and the student in question is a still wet behind the ears KINDERGARTNER.

How the hell do they equate a kindergartner’s toy gun with death threats, brass knuckles, and an assault on a classmate? What the shit is wrong with these asshats? I am beyond livid, I’m thisclose to loading up Old Betsy and booking a flight to the Volunteer State.

A rational adult on the local boom box dial, Terry Frank, nails it with this prose:

Teachers Unions Sue to Wear Obama Buttons

It is already a proven fact that the brown shirts running the various teachers unions have set out on a program of indoctrination through the use of our educational institutions.

The forced-fed brainwashing of students that Barack is the only answer is without limits. Some schools and universities have warned staff that schools Teachers Unions are now suing for the right to openly wear and display Barack buttons during school.

United Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten announced at a news conference that a lawsuit had been filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan to challenge the enforcement of the policy.

"We couldn't believe it," said Weingarten, who wore a Barack Obama lapel button. The American Federation of Teachers, including its UFT delegates, voted over the summer to endorse Obama's presidential candidacy.

So Weingarten is upset the Chancellor Klein is going to enforce the rules. Isn't that typical of the liberals - rules do not apply to them. Much the same how they feel it is OK to attack Christianity, but dare anyone say anything negative about Islam or a queer.

Weingarten said teachers should have a right to express their political views, just like anyone else. Suppressing political expression sends the wrong educational message, she argued.

"Students can only benefit from being exposed to and engaged in a dialogue about current events, civic responsibilities and the political process," Weingarten said.

Weingarten is right - teachers do have the right to express their political views - but only after school and outside of school activities. Much like Obama was wrong that Health Care is a right, indoctrinating children during school is not a right either. After school the brown shirts can skip down the street with Obama pinwheels spinning out of their asses for all I care.

What about the child's rights or the parents rights? God help the teacher who sends my "Little King" home with an Obama sticker! As sure as God made green apples - the teacher will be using their dental plan!

What does it teach children when they see teachers caterwauling about rules they don't like? What does it teach our children when teachers want to break the rules? Should the students also be allowed to break rules they do not like?

Again, Weingarten is right - sort of... Students should have dialogue about current events, civic responsibilities and the political process - but of course she leaves out that it should be unbiased. A teacher should give both sides and urge the students to learn for themselves - not be brainwashed robots fed Obama data. Notice none of this learning process she spoke about mentioned giving both sides of an argument.

Like I have stated many times before - this indoctrination of students is the same way that Hitler founded his Hitler Youth Groups. Instead of Nazi pride and fascism, the teachers union are continually brainwashing the children of our country with their socialist ideals and liberal agenda.

A retired home economics teacher, Judy Loeonardi, nailed it she described Pittsburgh Public Schools’ new grading policy with this pointed prose: "walk in the door, breathe the air and get 50% for that". That’s right PIGsters, under the new rules of engagement, no matter how miserable a student does on an assignment, a test or other school work, the lowest grade they can get isn’t 0, it’s 50%. Just for showing up and breathing the air, they get 50%.

Eager to keep that slacker self esteem high, Pittsburgh Educrats have eliminated the dastardly ‘F’ and replaced it with a more user friendly ‘E’. It probably stands for something asinine like ‘Effort’. Whatever it stands for, it, like the 50% minimum score, is supposed to ‘inspire’ these scholastic bottom feeders to crank up the synapses and try harder. Yeah right.

School grades are the early warning system of the educational process. When someone scores a 0, or a 20, or even an honest 50, it should set off "there’s something very wrong here" alarm bells in the class room and at home. That kind of grade means there’s a significant failure in the transmission of information which needs to be addressed, NOW. Ignoring it, hoping it will all go away, by giving it a 50% score, allows the student to fall farther behind. If the kid has a learning problem, FIX IT. If the kid just doesn’t give a damn, GET HIM THE HELL OUT OF THERE. The grading system, an HONEST grading system, facilitates those kind of decisions.

Giving a government cess-school inmate 50% for showing up is asinine. Life doesn’t work that way. If you just show up and breathe the air, on your job, your boss isn’t going to try to inspire you by giving you 50% of your pay. More likely, you’ll be told to shape up, stat, or figure out a way to live without 100% of your pay.

Failure is part of life. It sucks, but it’s necessary, to prepare an individual for the unflinching rigors of objective reality. The Pittsburgh public school pukes aren’t doing anyone a favor, by coddling students. To me, this smells like a ploy by these Educrap butt bullets to hide their own pathetic performance. If your students can’t pass the tests, that’s a sign that YOU, Mr. Educrat, FAILED to educate them.

The Free State of PIG gives Pittsburgh public school officials a big fat 0, a dastardly F, for trying to sweep their own failures under the rug with this asinine policy.

60 yr old teacher has threesome with students

A 60-year-old science teacher at the Brevard County Juvenile Detention Center in Florida has been arrested and charged with 15 counts of unlawful sex with minors and one count of filing a false police report.

Palm Bay police said Adrienne Laflamme told her 17-year-old student to conceal their sexual liaisons, including a threesome with a third student, and drug use so she wouldn't lose her job, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

She reportedly began the four-week heated affair with the inmate student within days of his release. The boy's mother said the teacher regularly picked the boy up from their home to have sex with him at her own residence.

The affair continued for several weeks, and Laflamme had sex with the student at least 15 times, including one threesome with a 14-year-old boy. More...

The boys mom is an idiot! What type of parent would allow their child to be picked up by a teacher from the detention center he just was released from?
