Cleveland PD: Looking for Car involved in overnight Shooting of 5 People

Cortland Scales & John Scales
(Considered to be armed and dangerous)

Driving: 2004 blue Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Area: East 118th and Union Avenue.

Cleveland police are searching for a 2004 blue Chevrolet Monte Carlo wanted in connection to the shooting of five people last night in a North Randall motel, according to police dispatchers.

The car is believed to be in the area near East 118th and Union Avenue. North Randall police believe Cortland Scales, 18, or John Scales are in the car. They are both considered to be armed and dangerous with a 9-mm handgun, dispatchers said.

Five men between the ages of 18 and 20 were shot at the Knights Inn at 4751 Northfield Road.
