Rev. "Flava" Pfleger forced to temporarily step down

The Rev. Michael "Flava" Pfleger has been told by the Catholic Church to - Step Off & Back the "F" up!

Cardinal Francis George asked a Chicago priest on Tuesday to temporarily step down from his post to "reflect on his recent statements" regarding Sen. Hillary Clinton and her bid for the White House.

George asked Pfleger to take leave from pastoral duties at St. Sabina Church in order to "reflect on his recent statements and actions in the light of the church's regulations for all Catholic priests," according to a statement Tuesday from the Archdiocese of Chicago.

The leave was effective Tuesday and was scheduled to last "a couple of weeks," the statement said. More...

The first time I watched the clips of his sorry impression of black man, I checked the TV station... it looked as though I was watching a new reality show about out of work comedians on Comedy Central.

Rev. "Flava" Pfleger and his hop-hop sermons are an embarrassment and have no place in a Catholic Church.
