De-funding of Obama's "Nuts" ruled Unconstitutional

Last month we posted that Obama's nuts at ACORN were suing the government over their loss of privileges from feeding at the federal trough. The suit brought forward by ACORN alleged they were unfairly being singled out, they were denied their rights to due process and asked for the House passed resolution that temporarily discontinued their funding be lifted and that funding be immediately reinstated.

The House resolution suspending their feeding frenzy at the federal trough of tax payers dollars was due to come up for a vote again on Dec. 18th. But they will not have to wait that long because a robed rube from the United States District Court in Brooklyn essentially ruled that the House resolution, since it was issued against a single group, was equal to a "Bill of Attainder" (a legislative determination of guilt without trial) and issued a preliminary injunction against it....

U.S. District Judge Nina Gershon issued a preliminary injunction against the government, saying it is in the public's interest for the organization to continue receiving federal funding. Gershon found that ACORN had was "singled out by Congress for punishment" without "any judicial, or even administrative, process adjudicating guilt."

ACORN, or the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, describes itself as an advocate for low-income and minority homebuyers and residents in communities served by its offices around the country. (Washington Post)

Advocate for low-income and minority homebuyers? So helping a pimp & his prostitute set up a brothel with underage females illegally in this country is now considered advocating for low-income & minority homebuyers.

And it's anyone's guess of how fraudulently registering hundreds of thousands of dead people and cartoon characters as voters is advocating for low-income and minority homebuyers. In Cuyahoga County alone there were over 13,000 dead voters registered and thousands more casting their vote from the grave.

Since ACORN has deep ties with the political prostitutes and act as advocates of corporate welfare for the big money men in NY, it is no mystery why the case was heard there. But to ignore the fact that there is currently a congressional inquiry into ACORN and to claim it is in the "best interest of the public" to continue funding these sham artists is a nothing short of a intellectually vacuous conclusion and an affront to the American public in general.

Just recently, after 8 years of cooking the books, Dale Rathke, brother of Wade Rathke the founder of ACORN, has been accused by ACORN insiders of embezzling over $5 million dollars from the organization over the past 8 years which prompted a raid and investigation by the Louisiana Attorney Generals office.

Since 1994 ACORN has received approximately $53 million in federal aid for their so-called community group. They have also received money from the Justice Dept. through the back door from their affiliates.

Equally disturbing, and possibly even more, is the ties of ACORN founders to the SEIU....

Wade Rathke also founded SEIU Local 100 in New Orleans (more broadly Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas) and is still the "Chief Organizer" of the local, which is headquartered at the ACORN office.

Meanwhile, in 2000, Dale Rathke, was the Treasurer for Local 880 in Chicago, while at the same time being CFO of the national ACORN organization. According to the Illinois State Senate in 2001, Local 880's email address was seiu880ch@acorn.org. (The Next Right)

This would be the same SEIU that donated $4 million to ACORN since 2004. The same SEIU that is not above beating one of their own members if they get out of line. And the same SEIU thugs, along with ACORN members, who viciously beat a Tea Party supporter at a Town Hall meeting and are serving as the goose-stepping enforcers of the agenda being dictated by the Ruler of the Red Shed on the Hill -- Barack Obama.

This connection should make one wonder if ACORN is actually a parent group or just the behind-the-scenes management of the SEIU with Chairman Obamao being the puppet master pulling the invisible strings. Or maybe it is the other way around -- but there is no denying there is a clear link!

Do you feel Judge Gershon, appointed by President Clinton 1996, acted in your best interest and the best interest of our country by issuing this injunction?

A New Name for Obama's Nuts?

Assessing the damage after being exposed as frauds Obama's nuts at ACORN are weighing the options of a possible name change.

Politico.com writes about a memo that will be released Tuesday at the Republican Congressional hearings investigating ACORN over massive voter registration fraud of an organized crime sized magnitude, efforts in knowingly trying to set up an illegal brothel staffed by underage and illegal immigrant females, and encouraging tax evasion.

The noted memo was found discarded along with thousands of other ACORN documents outside the San Diego ACORN offices by a dumpster diving Republican who lost a State House race in CA.

The outlined content of the memo shows the funding sources for ACORN are drying up quickly and they are being welcomed like the Swine Flu....

ACORN, the troubled community service organization, recently considered changing its name in a bid to rehabilitate its image, according to an internal memo obtained by POLITICO.

The document, which will be released Tuesday as part of a Republican congressional forum on ACORN, illustrates the internal deliberation the group has undergone after a year of embarrassing scandals.

“Our members are having a vigorous discussion about how to move forward most effectively to help working families win living wage jobs, stop foreclosures, and strengthen neighborhoods,” ACORN spokesman Scott Levenson said in a response to inquiries from POLITICO.

In an emailed statement, Levenson brushed off Tuesday’s Republican hearing.

“We believe their time would be better spent solving, as ACORN is doing, the foreclosure crisis,” Levenson said.

The memo addresses, in bullet-point format, the pros and cons of a new brand, saying that it has “spent 39 years building the reputation and track record of ACORN.” ACORN officials write that the bad image would “blow over” in the next year or two. And they believe that even with a name change, “right-wing attackers will say we are ACORN in disguise – so do we really gain much by going with a new name?”

The group does acknowledge that working with elected officials “is much harder now” and “while some foundations are still will to fund us, more are not.”

The one-page document also discusses the optics of a name change, saying it “should be very obvious that we are not going to choose a new name because funders or politicians want us to.” The memo also acknowledges that it has encountered organizations and individuals who want to work with group but “can only do so if [ACORN changes] its name.”

“(W)e should probably think through this problem carefully and figure out what it all means for our ability to survive and thrive without losing a lot of ground over the next year or two,” the memo reads. (Politico)

ACORN sues over "Feeding at the Federal Trough" Privileges being Revoked

Earlier this week I posted about Obamas Nut's at ACORN having their offices raided by the Feds -- in the post I said "this is going to be fun!"

It looks like the fun is starting! ACORN is mad they may no longer be "feeding at federal trough!

After having their funding cut by congress earlier this year, ACORN is now suing the government for being "unfair" by stopping the funding and saying their constitutional rights were violated....

The scandal-hit liberal grass-roots group ACORN sued the U.S. government on Thursday, saying it did not have the right to cut off ACORN's federal funding because the group had not been convicted of a crime.

"It's not the job of Congress to be the judge, jury, and executioner," said Jules Lobel, an attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights, which brought the case in Brooklyn federal court.

"We have due process in this country, and our constitution forbids lawmakers from singling out a person or group for punishment without a fair investigation and trial," Lobel said. (Reuters)

This would be the same group that feels it is within their constituional right to use federal dollars for registering Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck & Elmer Fudd to vote, help homeless transvestite crack heads on the streets of Cleveland register to vote numerous times, create a new demographic bloc of voters named --"I'm a drunk and live under a bridge," and sell houses to a pimp & prostitute for the purpose of a sex-ring filled with underage illegal immigrant girls.

A Forensic Examination of Obama's Nuts; ACORN Offices Raided by Louisiana Attorney General

In a fast-breaking development comes word that agents of the Attorney’s General office in Louisiana have raided ACORN’s offices in New Orleans.

ACORN’s New Orleans was, for decades, the headquarters of the national community organizing association. News of the raid comes from Marcel Reid and her colleagues at ACORN 8, an association of former ACORN leaders and board members.

Many of the individuals involved with ACORN 8 were fired from ACORN for demanding a forensic audit following an embezzlement scandal involving Dale Rathke, brother of ACORN co-founder Wade Rathke. (More Details Here)

As this goes deeper, I cannot even begin to imagine the millions, if not billions, of federal dollars this organ-ization has fleeced from the American public.
