Singing in the Shower Creates Water Shortages

Anyone want to bet one of the Czar's tries doing this in areas where we are facing water shortages in this country? The Over & Under is 1 yr.

This time Skipper Hugo of Venezuela has put his thinking cap on about how they can conserve energy and save water...

From The Telegraph UK --

Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan president, has called on his countrymen to stop singing in the shower to help save water and electricity.

The left-wing leader said they should attempt to wash in less than three minutes and breaking into song distract them.

"Some people sing in the shower, in the shower half an hour. No kids, three minutes is more than enough. I've counted, three minutes, and I don't stink," he said during a televised Cabinet meeting.

Getting into his stride, he went on to label baths and jacuzzis anti-communist.

"If you are going to lie back, in the bath, with the soap and you turn on the what's it called, the Jacuzzi... imagine that, what kind of communism is that? We're not in times of Jacuzzi," he said, to laughter from his ministers. More...

Skipper Hugo is going to create a ministry about the power & water shortages they are experiencing in Venezuela because it is making socialism look bad. Topping it off for solving this crisis he may have airplanes fly into the clouds in attempts to make it rain.

That's about as good as his Socialist Book of the Month Club buddy, then Senator Barack Obama's comments on the campaign trial about how we can save energy here in the U.S....
"There are things you can do individually, though, to save energy. Making sure your tires are properly inflated — simple thing. But we could save all the oil that they’re talking about getting off drilling — if everybody was just inflating their tires? And getting regular tune-ups? You’d actually save just as much!"

Yeah -- and people still voted him!

Premier Obamao & Skipper Hugo -- Two Peas in a Socialist Pod

Obama's book club buddy, Hugo Chavez, is taking over another bank - this time the third largest in Venezuela....
President Hugo Chavez’s government assumed control of Venezuela’s third-largest bank on Friday — making the state the largest player in the nation’s banking system.

The purchase of the Spanish-owned Banco de Venezuela gives Chavez’s socialist government control over more than one-fifth of bank deposits as he tightens his grip over the economy.

The acquisition will “strengthen the public banking system,” which favors sectors including agriculture, energy, housing and tourism, Finance Minister Ali Rodriguez said in a statement.

Combined with other state banks, the government will now control about 21 percent of deposits and 16 percent of loans, a payroll of 15,000 employees and 651 bank branches.

Like the rest of the economy, Venezuela’s banking sector is already highly regulated, with the government dictating interest rates and commissions. (Taragana)

The government dictating interest rates and commissions.... sounds familiar huh? No? Maybe the FDIC spending $314.3 million in taking over 7 MORE failed banks will change your mind.

Did you ever think our headlines would mirror the socialist country of Venezuela's?

Premier Obamao & Hugo Chavez "Book of the Month Club"

Isn't that special... Hugo & Obamao are playing nice again.

Only liking other socialist thinking leaders, Hugo is again sharing his books with Obamao...

President Hugo Chavez says he has a new book for President Barack Obama: "What is to be Done?" by communist Vladimir Lenin, founder of the Soviet state.

Chavez says he'll "give it to Obama at the next meeting."

"What is to be Done?" is Lenin's political treatise on the role of intellectuals and the proletariat in promoting revolution, written more than a decade before he led the Bolshevik takeover of Russia in 1917.

Chavez gave Obama a copy of "Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent" by Eduardo Galeano at an April summit.

The book jumped the next day to the No. 2 seller on Amazon.com. (Fox News)

Details about the Hugo/Obamao Book of the Month Club will be coming soon. Watch out Oprah!

Does Hugo Chavez want to send an Ambassador or an Advisor?

Like any person wanting to disrupt or assert their influence over a country or a person, Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez, appears to be moving closer to the United States. Once dismissing United States Premier Obamao as an idiot (my words), Chavez may see an opportunity in spreading socialism.

After making Chavezs' Castro pals in Cuba our "new" friends, giving Premier Obamao a book on foreign exploitation of Latin America, telling Obamao he wants to be friends, along with Obamao stating, "The United States was founded on shared beliefs with Mexico," Chavez began working on SecRATtary of State Hillary Clinton at the Summit of Americas meeting.

It appears Chavez wants to send a Venezuealan ambassador to the United States....
Hugo Chavez said Saturday that he is offering up his top diplomat to be Venezuela's ambassador in Washington in hopes of starting a "new era" in relations, an announcement that left the Obama administration considering its next move.

Hammer said Chavez initiated contact with the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Saturday afternoon and they spoke for about "30 seconds" at the end of a meeting of South American nations that the U.S. delegation attended.

Clinton "welcomes this development, and the State Department will now work to further that shared goal," said another official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the discussions. More...
Seeing that Obamao is slowly nationalizing the banking industry and eventually our automakers, using the terms "for best interest of our country," Chavez sees Obamao moving the same way he did when he nationalized the ports, rice fields, oil industry, etc... in Venezuela.

This just begs me to ask... is Chavez sending an ambassador or an advisor?

Obama is now President - How come other Countries still hate us?

Does anyone remember hearing the liberals lipshits crowing that the only reason other countries hate the US is because of George Bush?
"Is there a new government in the United States or is it Bush still in power? Obama seems to be a continuation of the Bush era. But it doesn't matter to me. Regardless of US imperialism, this revolution will continue its course," Chavez said in a speech.

"The Obama administration has again attacked Venezuela. He said that Venezuela and I, even citing my name, do not cooperate in the fight against drug trafficking. The country that most supports drug trafficking on this planet is the United States.

"The United States is the world's leading consumer of drugs. Why can't they stop drugs from coming into their country? Obama, you take care of your business and I'll take care of mine. Don't mess with me, Mr Obama," he added.

Even after Obamao takes a 90 degree left turn with the US, his socialist buddy, Skipper Hugo still doesn't like us. Imagine that! Maybe after Obamao nationalizes our banks like Skipper Hugo just did with Venezuela's rice processing plants he will like us.

After the stars cleared from the Hugo's verbal slap, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad reaches out with another backhand through an art advisor speaking with visiting film makers from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences...
"(Iranian) cinema officials will only have the right to have official sessions with... Hollywood movie makers when they apologise to the Iranians for their 30 years of insults and slanders," Javad Shamaghdari said.

"The Iranian people and our revolution has been repeatedly unjustly attacked by Hollywood," he said, citing '300' and recent Oscar nominated movie 'The Wrestler' as among offending films.

"We will believe (US President Barack) Obama's policy of change when we see change in Hollywood too, and if Hollywood wants to correct its behaviour towards Iranian people and Islamic culture then they have to officially apologise," Shamaghdari added.

Rebel Group FARC in possession of Uranium

Columbian officials have confiscated 66 lb of depeleted uranium from rebel group (FARC).

From Reuters --

Colombia said it grabbed at least 30 kilograms (66 pounds) of uranium from the country's biggest left-wing rebel group on Wednesday, the first time radioactive material has been linked to the bloody four-decade-old guerrilla war.

"This appears to have been part of a black market operation that the guerrillas were trying to use to make money," said Pablo Casas, an analyst at Bogota think-tank Security & Democracy.

"This is new for Colombia and could bring the FARC into the major leagues of black market terrorist transactions," Casas said.

Information about the uranium was found earlier this month in computer files left behind by top guerrilla leader Raul Reyes, who was killed in a Colombian bomb strike carried out in Ecuador. The March 1 raid sparked an ongoing diplomatic dispute with the neighboring country. More...

The terror group FARC is supported by Skipper Chavez of Venezuela, a sworn enemy of the United States. Republicans, most already having common sense, do not need a "Red Phone" moment to see the danger posed here.

Everyone knows Skippy is pals with Iranian nut job President Mo "Imachickenhead" Ahmadinejad - who is hell bent on getting nukes. These two stooges have declared war on the US Dollar along with the other stooge - Osama Bin Laden.

Do we really need to ask why John McCain should be President?

2nd FARC Leader Killed

No doubt, some how or some way Skipper Hugo will try to blame this on the U.S. I swear he has a secret love for President Bush!

From Santa Barbra News-Press
A top rebel leader was killed by his own chief of security, who gave Colombian troops the leader's severed hand as proof, the defense minister said Friday.

Ivan Rios was the second top rebel killed in a week, a major setback for the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the country's largest rebel force.

''The FARC has suffered a new, major blow,'' Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos said at a news conference.

On Thursday, he said, a guerrilla known as Rojas came to the troops with Rios' severed hand, laptop computer and ID, saying he had killed his boss.

It was unclear what motivated Rojas to kill his boss. Santos did not say what happened to Rojas, and he did not take questions.

Chavez pissed at U.S. - AGAIN!

Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez has his panties in a bunch once again!

Upset that Exxon has won a court order freezing billions of dollars of Venezuelan oil assets, Chavez directs his anger at Bush and the U.S. Chavez claims he will refuse to sell any oil to the US if Exxon does not submit to his terms....

From NY Times --

“The bandits of Exxon Mobil will never rob us again,” Mr. Chávez said in comments broadcast Sunday on his weekly television program. He accused Exxon, one of the largest publicly traded oil companies, and the United States of mounting a conspiracy to destabilize Venezuela.

“I speak to the American empire, because that’s the master,” Mr. Chávez said. “Continue, and you will see that we won’t send one drop of oil to the empire of the United States.” Referring to Exxon, he said, “They are imperialist bandits, white-collar criminals, corruptors of governments, overthrowers of governments.” More....

The court case stems from Chavez & Exxon battling for control over Petróleos de Venezuela, the national oil company. PDVSA finances many of Chavez's spending on food subsidies, schools and hospitals, & social programs.

Chavez, a good friend of Joe Kennedy, completed his tirade by accusing the United States & Columbia of having paramilitary squads infiltrate Venezuela to bring in weapons and traffic in cocaine.

Chavez is Bananas for Oil

The man that is his own "Mini-Me," Venezuelan top banana Hugo Chavez has finally lost his mind. Chavez has offered other Latin American countrys the option of paying for oil by trade using local products such as sugar, bananas, etc...

Chavez is using this produce for oil theory to help members of the 17 nation Petrocaribe alliance pay down their $1 billion debt owed to Venezuela....

From Al-Jazeera --

"We have begun to create a new geopolitics of oil that is not at the service of the interests of imperialism and big capitalists," Chavez said in his speech.

He dismissed Americans and "Yankees" and pledged Venezuela's oil and gas would "always be at the service" of its "brother nations".

"We propose adding to the financed portion of the oil bill a method of payment that includes the supply of a series of local products and services," he said. More....

Chavez blames U.S. for death of Anti-Chavez Protester

I think it is time for President Bush to tell Little Hugo - Shut the Hell Up!

From Euro News --

A man has been killed during protests in Venezuela against a plan to scrap presidential term limits. The country votes in a referendum on Sunday on Hugo Chavez's planned constitutional reforms. They include increasing presidential mandates to seven year; allowing a president to stand for re-election an unlimited number of times and expanding his or her powers to expropriate private property.

While Chavez has been accustomed to easy victories, surveys show dissent growing throughout the country, even among his previously loyal supporters. A 19-year-old man was shot dead yesterday as he drove his truck through an area blocked by demonstrators.Chavez condemned the death as part of what he called "a media and US plan to stoke violence".

His opponents accuse him of concentrating power and seeking to be a president-for-life, like his friend and ally Fidel Castro.
