Tree Ninjas vs. Pee Protesters at UC Beserkeley

This takes tree hugging to the extreme!

UC Beserkeley has hired "Tree Ninjas" to remove tree hugging korrectnik's from a grove of trees they are trying to remove. This has been going on for over a year, the area occupies a site on campus property where there are plans to build an athletic center.

As the battle over UC Berkeley's oak grove near Memorial Stadium continues to unfold, a female tree-sitter has been extracted from the trees after biting an arborist.

According to Dan Mogulof, UC Berkeley's executive director of public affairs, the woman was on a support line that two arborists were attempting to remove. The woman refused to get off the line after being asked to by the arborists and proceeded to bite one of the arborists in the arm, leading to her extraction from the grove. The arborist received medical attention following the incident.

Tree-sitters have used bottles of excrement as ammunition against the officers and arborists who are attempting to take down their supplies, amidst yelling from onlookers and other protesters.

"These are people who use their own urine as weapons against people who are just trying to keep a college campus safe," Mogulof said.

Supporters of the tree-sit who were standing in the street expressed discontent about the way officers are going about the situation, calling their actions "aggressive" and yelling expletives at them. More...

One of the tree-sitting, pee-throwing twits has complained that police have shown no regard for their lives, have attacked people and that the UC administration has lost their minds!?!

The leader of these deciduous dipweeds, Zachary RunningWolf, has stated he is collecting money so he can get a resupply of the tree-sitters from some of the 100 or so onlookers. Police have been forced to cordon off the area due to these onlookers harassing and stopping passing traffic.

This situation has gotten way out of hand. University officials have dealt with these korrectnik morons long enough. After clearing the crowd, using tear gas if necessary, I would give the tree sitters a 1/2 hour warning - either leave the trees voluntarily or you will be forcefully brought down.

After 15 minutes - water cannons would be brought into position. At 30 minutes - the water cannons would be opened. Any stragglers left hanging would be pelted with rock salt from a pellet gun, if that did not work the trees would be dropped with protesters swinging from the branches.
