Police Chief Interrupted

Ever get a jaywalking ticket in Olmsted Falls Township and wonder why the Police Chief wanted to give you a gloveless cavity search with the lights dimmed low and Barry Manilow playing in the background? Did you find it strange the Chief wanted to frisk you with his tongue?

This may explain why....
Police Chief Charles McNeeley was arrested Tuesday morning on sex charges.

According to Cleveland Metroparks Ranger Capt. Jack Hall, McNeeley was apprehended on charges of public indecency, a third-degree misdemeanor, at the Memphis picnic area in Brooklyn at 8:30 a.m.

Hall said a Metroparks ranger was on foot patrol in the area when she noticed two cars side-by-side. She saw two men adjacent to the car engaged in sexual conduct and masturbation.

According to a report issued by the Metroparks police, as the ranger approached the cars, McNeeley looked in her direction and appeared startled. He then entered his car, started to drive away and was repeatedly ordered to stop.

McNeeley asked the ranger to give him a warning saying, "Can't you just warn me. I'll never come back to the park again, please just give me a warning."

He admitted he was going to perform a sexual act on 61-year-old Daniel Crown of Brooklyn, but didn't.

McNeeley later denied being employed in law enforcement and claimed officers were confusing him with his brother. (Sun News)

It's bad enough the "pork me in the park" Police Chief was caught having a dueling monkey spank contest, but when the withered hot dog loving Chief was "interrupted," he still admits he was going to honk the guys horn, and then claims that he was his brother! WTF?!?

You would think the Chief who has a strong desire for man ass would have had a better excuse... like maybe - I was going to test the tube on our new breathalyzer equipment.

Maybe the Chief can become another gay blogger.

This worldwide scare is surely no - Sky is Falling Global Warming tactic. This is the real thing! For all those still concerned about the current health scare, in this must read post, Gordon over at Tax Man Blog runs the numbers on the risk of catching the dastardly R2D2 Flu and offers up some sound advice for protecting yourself.

My buddies at Politically Incorrect Gazette are also showing their concern over the R2D2 Flu and have posted the below PSA showing the measures some people are taking to stay safe...

National Day of Prayer May 7th Downtown Cleveland

My friend, Pastor John Baruth of the American Family Ministry sent me this on the upcoming National Day of Prayer...

National Day of Prayer May 7th Downtown Cleveland

May 7th at Cleveland City Council Chambers, Downtown on Lakeside Road 2nd Floor. 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM before the National Day of Prayer begins Downtown. We need all Prayer Warriors, Remnant, Elect of God to come there to pray for God's Favor, and to stay His judgement.

LGBT (Gays) are celebrating that same day because 1745-08/Domestic Registry is going into law that same day. How ironic. They will be praying and singing to their God. We know who, don't we? Just like Elijah we need to come against them in the name of Jesus Christ, The Victorious King.

2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Gather together in unity at 9:30 AM City Council Chambers on May 7th, Thursday.

Jude 3: Let us earnestly contend for the Faith.

Did Racist Blacks Elect Obamao?

Now that some numbers are coming out on the appointment of Premier Obamao - an apparent trend shows why he was elected. Yes, blacks voted for Obamao - not because of who he was as a man he was - but because the color of his skin.

From USA Today --
The study by the Pew Research Center, released Thursday, also showed that for the first time blacks had the highest voter turnout rate of any racial or ethnic group among people ages 18 to 29. Analysts said it remained to be seen how fully the strong minority participation, a reflection of both changing U.S. demographics and enthusiasm for Democrat Barack Obama, would carry over to future elections.

In 2008, about 65% of blacks went to the polls, nearly matching the 66% voting rate for whites. Black women had the highest rates of participation among all voters at 69%; they were followed by white women (68 percent), white men (64 percent) and black men (61 percent).

Pew's analysis of census data found that whites cast about 100 million, or 76%, of the 131 million total ballots last November, compared with 79% in 2004. It was the sharpest percentage drop in more than a decade.

Blacks, meanwhile, had their sharpest increase in voter participation in more than a decade, with 15.9 million casting ballots to make up 12.1% of the electorate. Blacks previously had seen their share decline to 11% in 2004 after their low turnout in Republican George W. Bush's re-election win over Democrat John Kerry. More...

White people who did not vote for Odumbo were readily dismissed as racist. It meant nothing that you just did not agree with his campaign promises, his agenda, or who he was as a man - if you didn't check Barry's box - you were a racist. Currently, if you speak out against Barack the Bi-Racial Prez or his administration- you are labeled as a racist or... a right-wing radical extremist.

So since the blacks voted in record numbers just because of the melanin enriched color of Obamao's skin and not the content of the man - wouldn't this make them racist too?

A Must Read Letter to Attorney General Eric Holder

H/T Forgotten Man Meet Up Group.

This letter is fairly long - if you do nothing else today - make sure you read it!

By email (to the Counterterrorism Division) and by regular mail:

The Honorable Eric H. Holder, Jr.
Attorney General of the United States
United States Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, D.C. 20530-0001

Dear Attorney General Holder:

This letter is respectfully submitted to inform you that I must decline the invitation to participate in the May 4 roundtable meeting the President’s Task Force on Detention Policy is convening with current and former prosecutors involved in international terrorism cases. An invitation was extended to me by trial lawyers from the Counterterrorism Section, who are members of the Task Force, which you are leading.

The invitation email (of April 14) indicates that the meeting is part of an ongoing effort to identify lawful policies on the detention and disposition of alien enemy combatants—or what the Department now calls “individuals captured or apprehended in connection with armed conflicts and counterterrorism operations.” I admire the lawyers of the Counterterrorism Division, and I do not question their good faith. Nevertheless, it is quite clear—most recently, from your provocative remarks on Wednesday in Germany—that the Obama administration has already settled on a policy of releasing trained jihadists (including releasing some of them into the United States). Whatever the good intentions of the organizers, the meeting will obviously be used by the administration to claim that its policy was arrived at in consultation with current and former government officials experienced in terrorism cases and national security issues. I deeply disagree with this policy, which I believe is a violation of federal law and a betrayal of the president’s first obligation to protect the American people. Under the circumstances, I think the better course is to register my dissent, rather than be used as a prop.

Moreover, in light of public statements by both you and the President, it is dismayingly clear that, under your leadership, the Justice Department takes the position that a lawyer who in good faith offers legal advice to government policy makers—like the government lawyers who offered good faith advice on interrogation policy—may be subject to investigation and prosecution for the content of that advice, in addition to empty but professionally damaging accusations of ethical misconduct. Given that stance, any prudent lawyer would have to hesitate before offering advice to the government.

Beyond that, as elucidated in my writing (including my proposal for a new national security court, which I understand the Task Force has perused), I believe alien enemy combatants should be detained at Guantanamo Bay (or a facility like it) until the conclusion of hostilities. This national defense measure is deeply rooted in the
venerable laws of war and was reaffirmed by the Supreme Court in the 2004 Hamdi case.

Yet, as recently as Wednesday, you asserted that, in your considered judgment, such notions violate America’s “commitment to the rule of law.” Indeed, you elaborated, “Nothing symbolizes our [adminstration’s] new course more than our decision to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay…. President Obama believes, and I strongly agree, that Guantanamo has come to represent a time and an approach that we want to put behind us: a disregard for our centuries-long respect for the rule of law[.]” (Emphasis added.)

Given your policy of conducting ruinous criminal and ethics investigations of lawyers over the advice they offer the government, and your specific position that the wartime detention I would endorse is tantamount to a violation of law, it makes little sense for me to attend the Task Force meeting. After all, my choice would be to remain silent or risk jeopardizing myself.

For what it may be worth, I will say this much. For eight years, we have had a robust debate in the United States about how to handle alien terrorists captured during a defensive war authorized by Congress after nearly 3000 of our fellow Americans were annihilated. Essentially, there have been two camps. One calls for prosecution in the civilian criminal justice system, the strategy used throughout the 1990s. The other calls for a military justice approach of combatant detention and war-crimes prosecutions by military commission. Because each theory has its downsides, many commentators, myself included, have proposed a third way: a hybrid system, designed for the realities of modern international terrorism—a new system that would address the needs to protect our classified defense secrets and to assure Americans, as well as our allies, that we are detaining the right people.

There are differences in these various proposals. But their proponents, and adherents to both the military and civilian justice approaches, have all agreed on at least one thing: Foreign terrorists trained to execute mass-murder attacks cannot simply be released while the war ensues and Americans are still being targeted. We have already released too many jihadists who, as night follows day, have resumed plotting to kill Americans. Indeed, according to recent reports, a released Guantanamo detainee is now leading Taliban combat operations in Afghanistan, where President Obama has just sent additional American forces.

The Obama campaign smeared Guantanamo Bay as a human rights blight. Consistent with that hyperbolic rhetoric, the President began his administration by promising to close the detention camp within a year. The President did this even though he and you (a) agree Gitmo is a top-flight prison facility, (b) acknowledge that our nation is still at war, and (c) concede that many Gitmo detainees are extremely dangerous terrorists who cannot be tried under civilian court rules. Patently, the commitment to close Guantanamo Bay within a year was made without a plan for what to do with these detainees who cannot be tried. Consequently, the Detention Policy Task Force is not an effort to arrive at the best policy. It is an effort to justify a bad policy that has already been adopted: to wit, the Obama administration policy to release trained terrorists outright if that’s what it takes to close Gitmo by January.

Obviously, I am powerless to stop the administration from releasing top al Qaeda operatives who planned mass-murder attacks against American cities—like Binyam Mohammed (the accomplice of “Dirty Bomber” Jose Padilla) whom the administration recently transferred to Britain, where he is now at liberty and living on public assistance. I am similarly powerless to stop the administration from admitting into the United States such alien jihadists as the 17 remaining Uighur detainees. According to National Intelligence Director Dennis Blair, the Uighurs will apparently live freely, on American taxpayer assistance, despite the facts that they are affiliated with a terrorist organization and have received terrorist paramilitary training. Under federal immigration law (the 2005 REAL ID Act), those facts render them excludable from the United States. The Uighurs’ impending release is thus a remarkable development given the Obama administration’s propensity to deride its
predecessor’s purported insensitivity to the rule of law.

I am, in addition, powerless to stop the President, as he takes these reckless steps, from touting his Detention Policy Task Force as a demonstration of his national security seriousness. But I can decline to participate in the charade.

Finally, let me repeat that I respect and admire the dedication of Justice Department lawyers, whom I have tirelessly defended since I retired in 2003 as a chief assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York. It was a unique honor to serve for nearly twenty years as a federal prosecutor, under administrations of both parties. It was as proud a day as I have ever had when the trial team I led was awarded the Attorney General’s Exceptional Service Award in 1996, after we secured the convictions of Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman and his underlings for waging a terrorist war against the United States. I particularly appreciated receiving the award from Attorney General Reno—as I recounted in Willful Blindness, my book about the case, without her steadfastness against opposition from short-sighted government officials who wanted to release him, the “blind sheikh” would never have been indicted, much less convicted and so deservedly sentenced to life-imprisonment.

In any event, I’ve always believed defending our nation is a duty of citizenship, not ideology. Thus, my conservative political views aside, I’ve made myself available to liberal and conservative groups, to Democrats and Republicans, who’ve thought tapping my experience would be beneficial. It pains me to decline your invitation, but the attendant circumstances leave no other option.

Very truly yours,

Andrew C. McCarthy

Steaming Load of the Week Award: The Arlen Spectercle Switcheroo

Steaming Load Award: The Arlen Spectercle Switcheroo.

Make no mistake, I am solidly in the ‘good riddance’ camp on this butt bullet.

Arlen Specter, who began his political life as a Demoncrat, built his career on the political switcheroo. In 1966 he did the political math, and decided that he would enjoy more success in the Elephant Clan. That worked like gang busters, but, try as he might, he couldn’t hide those Libertard lemming leanings.

Despite his frequent ‘bite me’ antics, which enraged his Elephant Clan supporters, Arlen fooled enough of them, enough of the time, to win four straight senatorial elections. In 2004, his Libertard sins started to catch up with him, but the intervention of Vicente W. Bush helped him seal the deal for that fourth term. Happy days are here again? Not really.

Arlen was bummed, after the pachyderm punks lost control of congress in 2006. Being the minority party wasn’t any fun, and it denied Arlen his place in the political spotlight. He found a way to fix that, in the early months of the Obamunist Error, when he gave his party, and his constituents, the finger. He pulled it off, by casting the critical vote that allowed the Porkulus Bill to pass. Happy days are here, again, finally? Yes, and no.

While the Broadcast Blowjob Brigade and the Obamunists hailed Arlen as a hero, his Elephant Clan constituents weren’t thrilled spitless. Faster than a charging RHINO, Arlen’s re-election bid in 2010 was in big trouble. It got worse, when another Elephant Clan pol, Pat Toomey, threw his hat in the ring, opposing Arlen. Did Arlen buckle down and fight for his job? Nope.

He turned tail, sold out the Pennsylvania voters who let him swill at the public trough for 3 decades, and kicked them in the balls with this steaming, rhetorical turd:
"It has become clear to me that the stimulus vote caused a schism which makes our differences irreconcilable. On this state of the record, I am unwilling to have my twenty-nine year Senate record judged by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate. I have not represented the Republican Party. I have represented the people of Pennsylvania." (Arlen Specter’s official bite me announcement, emphasis added.)
Who the hell does this titanic turd think he is? You’re an employee of ‘we the people’, scumbag, not their master. That means, every 6 years, you re-apply for your job in a primary election. If you make the cut, you graduate to the second round, where you must pass muster by winning over a majority of the state voters. If you think that process is demeaning, GET OVER IT. Your job will last just as long as the citizens of Pennsylvania say it will last, and not one moment longer. They deserve better than a egotistical weasel like you.

I don’t care what party Arlen is in, it’s time for the citizens of Pennsylvania to flush him out of the Senate, permanently.

Girlieman: Al Gore
Antics: Can’t take the ‘global warming is crap’ heat

If you look up ‘he can dish it out, but he can’t take it’, you’ll find a mug shot of the Tennessee Tonnage (Al Gore) munching on an deep fried elephant leg. He’s always eager to trot out his insane, reality-challenged, Globally Warmed bull shit, but, if anyone challenges him to a face to face debate of the issue, he starts caterwauling for Mommy Tipper.

Last week, this gutless wonder had a nervous breakdown, when those pesky pachyderm punks decided to put him to the test, by bringing in their own climate expert, the UK’s Lord Christopher Monckton, to testify, on the same panel at a House Energy & Commerce Committee hearing on Global Warming. Terrified, the Tennessee Tonnage whined to Henry "The Turd’s Turd" Waxman to rescue him from that televised humiliation, and he got his wish.

The Climate Depot Blog posted this report:

UK's Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, claimed House Democrats have refused to allow him to appear alongside former Vice President Al Gore at a high profile global warming hearing on Friday April 24, 2009 at 10am in Washington. Monckton told Climate Depot that the Democrats rescinded his scheduled joint appearance at the House Energy and Commerce hearing on Friday. Monckton said he was informed that he would not be allowed to testify alongside Gore when his plane landed from England Thursday afternoon.

Lord Monckton didn’t suffer this insult from a pimple on humanity’s butt like Henry Waxman in silence:

“The House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face,” Monckton told Climate Depot in an exclusive interview. “They are cowards.”

“The Democrats have a lot to learn about the right of free speech under the US Constitution. Congress Henry Waxman's (D-CA) refusal to expose Al Gore's sci-fi comedy-horror testimony to proper, independent scrutiny by the House minority reeks of naked fear,” Monckton said from the airport Thursday evening.

“Waxman knows there has been no 'global warming' for at least a decade. Waxman knows there has been seven and a half years' global cooling. Waxman knows that, in the words of the UK High Court judge who condemned Gore's mawkish movie as materially, seriously, serially inaccurate, 'the Armageddon scenario that he depicts is not based on any scientific view,'” Monckton explained.

It’s time for the Tennessee Tonnage to stop hiding from objective "global cooling" reality...it’s time for this Fat Cave Fathead to answer, publically, the challenges to the gaping, well-documented, holes in his Globally Warmed bull shit...it’s time for him to grow a pair and defend his brainfart like a man. Until this blithering idiot shows some hint of manhood, he’s nothing more than a bloated political gas bag who is trying to recapture those magic moments when he was the only Libertard Messiah on the block. Since none of that is likely to happen, the Free State of PIG will give him our
equivalent of a booby prize by making Al Gore the Politically Incorrect Gazette’s Girlieman of the Week.

DHS still welcoming Mexicans

Speak out against the wasteful spending or idiocy in our government - you're a candidate for right-wing radical extremism. Be the cause of a worldwide flu - DHS Minister Totalitano welcomes you with open borders and open arms...

From ALIPAC
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano rejected calls to close the U.S.-Mexico border in response to the swine flu outbreak, saying the costs to both countries at this point outweigh the medical benefits.

"That's something that always can be considered," Napolitano told NBC's "Today" show Tuesday, before adding that the virus has already spread to several states across the United States.

"You have to look at what the costs of that are. We literally have thousands of trucks and lots of commerce that cross that border. We have food products and other things that have to go across that border. So that would be a very, very heavy cost for -- as the epidemiologists tell us -- [what] would be marginal, if any, utility in terms of actually preventing the spread of the virus," Napolitano said.

Napolitano made similar comments in a half-dozen televised appearances, appearing to seek to tamp down potential controversy.

On Friday, Rep. Eric J.J. Massa (D), a freshman lawmaker from upstate New York, called for a complete closure of the border. He was joined Monday by Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, a group that advocates for reduced immigration, which urged Congress to halt all but "non-essential traffic" at the border and the deployment of the U.S. military to stop illegal immigration.

Massa changed his tune slightly Tuesday morning. "The good news is, it looks like this kind of swine flu is treatable if you can get to the doctors within three to four days," he told MSNBC, adding that his point was that the U.S. government needed to control its borders. "To the extent that my request has brought attention to this in the United States, I think I've served the people of my district," he said.

Looks like Massa - screw my district - and afraid to be labeled a right-wing radical.

Supreme Court Justice Souter Stepping Aside

While Supreme Court Justice David Souter retiring will not change the make up of the Supreme Court - it will most likely be the start of a new wave of liberals on the highest court in the land....
At 69, Souter is much younger than either Ginsburg, 76, or Justice John Paul Stevens, 89, the other two liberal justices whose names have been mentioned as possible retirees. Yet those justices have given no indication they intend to retire soon and Ginsburg said she plans to serve into her 80s, despite her recent surgery for pancreatic cancer.

Some of the names that have been circulating include recently confirmed Solicitor General Elena Kagan; U.S. Appeals Court Judges Sonya Sotomayor, Kim McLane Wardlaw, Sandra Lea Lynch and Diane Pamela Wood; and Leah Ward Sears, chief justice of the Georgia Supreme Court. Men who have been mentioned as potential nominees include Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, Harvard Law professor Cass Sunstein and U.S. District Judge Ruben Castillo of Chicago. (Yahoo)

Souter, appointed by Bush 1, was originally thought to be a moderate conservative - he turned out to be everything but!
