Judge Eileen A. Gallagher - Still Protecting Criminals

As I have been very busy this past week - I have finally gotten some free time to catch up on some posting. The following post is about Cuyahoga County Judge Eileen A. Gallagher - the judge that is known for protecting criminals.

Last November a family of animals - the Holliman's - Annetta Holliman, 60; her daughter Yulonda, 32; and grandson, Anthony Holliman, 19; helped Lesleye Holliman, 17, visciously attack and kill a 15 yr old Collinwood girl. They have all been charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault along with several other related felony charges.

As Lesleye Holliman attacked and stabbed the girl, her mother, Yulonda Holliman, and grandmother, Annetta, kept people at bay with mace and a stun gun. A bystander who tried stopping the attack was stabbed by Anthony Holliman and then ran over by Annetta.

Judge Gallagher has recently reduced the bond of stun gun granny - Annetta - from $1 million to $25,000. Yep, from $1 million to $25,000!

Judge Gallagher's reasoning behind this bond reduction is that Cuyahoga County prosecutors, who she accused of having their "heads in the sand," because they did not conduct DNA testing on several items from the crime scene.... Judge Gallagher, with her head firmly placed up her own a**, completely ignored the fact that there were 8 eyewitnesses that can identify the defendants, not only by face - but by name!

The PD has quoted Asst. Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Rick Bell as saying...

"This wasn't a question of whodunit," Bell said in a phone interview after the hearing. "We have eight witnesses who can identify the defendants by name. We don't need DNA. It's a cut and dry case."

The residents of Cuyahoga County should be outraged when at a time they are screaming about reducing crime in Cleveland, that Judge Gallagher, a democrat, would AGAIN ignore their pleas of getting tough on crime.

  1. "I recognize her last name. Isn't that reason enough to vote for her?" Thank you Kuyahoga Kounty voter-idiots.

  3. Jack & anon...

Come on play nice! As a RPCC "Social Club" member has remarked on here recently - this blog complains too much about lack of candidates - we have a candidate for County Commissioner we should be happy.

    I am all smiles!

Ben - everything with politics in Cuyahoga County is absurd!

  4. King,

I am not an RPCC "Social Club" member. Instead of painting everyone who disagrees with posters on this site with a large broad brush, just please understand that some people may not agree with the negative point of view here.

For instance...all the "Hold my nose and vote for John McCain" types out there. Don't you think it would be easier for the conservative base in the party to work with a President Mccain as opposed to a President Obama? Sure I disagree with his immigration policy as well, but I also disagree all of Obama's policies. I would rather elect a McCain and hold his feet to the fire, then be ignored by Obama.

The same is true with former Senator DeWine. I disagreed with some of his policies as well as Vukovich's policies. But...I will vote for them to keep Sherrod Brown out of the office. Everyone who claims to be a republican that voted for Brown or stayed home for that matter should be ashamed.

I like our discussions, I like our dialogue, but please understand that some who disagree are not always working for the RPCC.

After a republican candidate gets elected locally, it is up to us, the central committee people, to hold them true and continue to support them. After the election, when we walk away and become ho-hum about things is when the local elected officials stray and get lured to the democratic party (like all those mayors). When they jumped ship to the democrat party, there was no feeling of remorse form them becuase they did not personally stab anyone in the back. Just think if we had a full central committee how much punch we could pack? 1490 precints? Some of those mayors may have only had 3 or 4 central committee members in their city. Those central committee members might not even be all that active.

Anyway, this is all just good fun discussion. I apologize if I came across as harsh, but I think open honesty sometimes needs to be brutal.

I am ready for my whipping back from you King.

  5. Judge Eileen A. Gallagher in Dec. 2017 wrote a dissent supporting Joe Goropse, who brutally killed Marissa, the mother of their babies. The maternal grandparents wanted to adopt the girls, are raising them, providing the care needed for two autistic children who are seriously disabled--and Gallagher alone stands with the murderer of their mother. The county and the state would be better served if that judge's seat remained empty, rather than allow her power to rule on people's lives.
