Steaming Load Award - San Fran's Sanctuary City Policy

Steaming Load # 1: San Francisco’s sanctuary city policy sets border jumping gang banger free to murder 3 innocent victims.

If the laws of this nation were enforced, a border jumping MS-13 gang banger, Edwin Ramos, would be back in El Salvador where he belongs, or in some graybar suite. Instead, he was on the loose, on June 22, 2008, when a family returning home from a picnic, inadvertently, temporarily, prevented Edwin from completing a left turn. Outraged, this murdering piece of MS-13 SHIT, gunned down Tony Bologna and his sons, 20 year old Michael and 16 year old Matthew.

No stranger to trouble, Edwin is the kind of turd that keeps floating to the top in Gavin Newsom’s Blight By the Bay toilet bowl:

• October 2003 - Edwin and two of his MS-13 pals are video taped boarding a Muni bus and assaulting a male passenger. After a stint in juvenile hall, the proper authorities ignored his border jumping antics and sent him to a ‘shelter’.

• April 2004 - Four days after Edwin is released from custody, this gang puke and two pals try to rob a pregnant woman. When the victim’s brother tries to help her, Edwin assaulted him. Convicted of attempted robbery and cleared of assault, Edwin was NOT deported. Instead, he was sent to the city’s Log Cabin Ranch for about 8 months, before being kicked loose, AGAIN.

• When the scumbag turned 18, he applied for temporary residency, but Uncle Sam turned him down, flagging his name for deportation. By the time ICE was ready to move on him, Edwin had complicated matters by marrying a U.S. citizen.

• In March 2008, Edwin strayed onto the police radar, again, during a routine traffic stop. One of his MS-13 homeboys, who was in the car with him, tried to ditch a gun, and failed. Later, it was learned that the gun had been used in a double killing. Despite his rap sheet and his well-documented MS-13 affiliation, Edwin, once again, got the sanctuary city shuffle. He was, once again, kicked loose.

Gavin’s goon squad insists that, in March 2008, they checked Edwin’s immigration status and asked ICE if they should hold him for them. Gavin’s goons insist that ICE gave them the green light to free Edwin so he could gun down the Bologna family. ICE has a slightly different version of events. According to their records, the incoming fax message - A FAX, NOT A PHONE CALL - didn’t get transmitted, until TWO HOURS after Gavin’s goons freed Edwin.

Tony Bologna’s widow, Danielle, nails it with this quote:

"It was senseless. And to think they didn't deport him back, knowing that he did not have papers and he was here illegally, it is a big issue. They need to take responsibility, the city," Bologna said. "They didn't do anything. ... He should have been deported." (San Francisco Chronicle)

Although it’s much too late to save the three men he shot, Edwin might finally be condemned to the hell he deserves. He needs to be taken out and shot, then have his rotting corpse left in the hood where his MS-13 homeboys can watch it decompose.

Parting shot: If we expect REAL justice in this case, Gavin Newsom should share Edwin’s fate. This murdering pile of shit pulled the trigger, but Gavin put him in the neighborhood on June 22nd. Gavin, quite literally, put the gun in this rat bastard’s hand and for that, he, too, should pay the ultimate price.
