Steaming Load #1: Oregon officials take a dump on Lady Justice.
During the 1970s and 1980s, a rat bastard named Richard Todd Gillmore terrorized women in Oregon as the "jogger rapist". After those slow grinding wheels of justice caught up with this piece of shit, he admitted to 8 rapes, but everyone knows his crime spree was much worse than that. Due to the state’s statute of limitations, he could only be nailed for the home-invasion rape of a 13 year old girl named Tiffany Edens in 1986.The judge didn’t need any help in recognizing how dangerous Gillmore is, so he nailed him with a 60 year sentence, then decreed that Gillmore must spend at least 30 years in the slammer, before he could be paroled. That should keep him behind bars for AT LEAST another decade. It should, but the Oregon parole board cut the sentence in half, 20 years ago. Last year, these parole board rat bastards tried to kick Gillmore loose, at least twice. They might have succeeded in releasing their ‘model prisoner’ if Tiffany Edens and the Multnomah County D.A.'s office hadn’t arrived at the hearing to talk them out of it.
This week, the parole board as at it again and it’s looking bad for the women in Oregon. In their mindless zeal to unleash Gillmore, the parole board butt bullets, willfully, ignore certain inconvenient truths: two shrinks peeked into this rapist bastards mind and didn’t find the experience thrilling:
Dr. Robert F. Stuckey reportedly found that Gillmore is a fixated sexual offender, with an antisocial personality disorder. Stuckey concluded that Gillmore poses a significant threat to the community.
Dr. Gary McGuffin reportedly found that Gillmore has made progress but continues to suffer from a severe emotional disturbance that poses a community threat. McGuffin deemed Gillmore a poor risk to comply with parole guidelines.
The two new psychological evaluations echoed similar conclusions drawn last year by another board-hired clinical psychologist. Taken together, the three psychological reports clearly show that Gillmore isn't fit to be paroled, said Russ Ratto, a Multnomah County prosecutor. "Richard Troy Gillmore is not getting better, he's getting worse," Ratto said. (Statesman-Journal)
For some damn reason, the titanic turds on the Oregon parole board want to unleash this rapist bastard on the women in Oregon. If they’re so thrilled with this rapist piece of shit, let THEM offer him a room in THEIR homes. Let these putrid parole board turds play Russian Roulette with the safety of their own families, their own friends and their own neighbors. WHEN Gillmore resumes his rapist ways, the parole board pile of turds who released him should lined up against a wall and SHOT for their crimes against the citizens of Oregon.
