Steaming Load Award: The Nanny State is blatantly attempting to seize control of your life through DeathCare.

DeathCare isn’t about enhancing the health and well being of Americans. It’s about control. It’s about giving the Nanny State the power to micro-manage your life. Prove it? No problem

At this weeks Broadcast Blowjob, a reporter asked: "Do you think -- do you accept the premise that other than some tax increases on the wealthiest Americans, the American people are going to have to give anything up in order for this to happen?"

Messiah Barry showed his real motive when he replied: "They're going to have to give up paying for things that don't make them healthier. And I -- speaking as an American, I think that's the kind of change you want."

In other words, some bureaucrat will tell you what to eat, how to live, where to live, where to work, and much more, because your lifestyle choices impact your health, making everything you do their business.

DeathCare isn’t about expanding your healthcare choices by taking the shackles off the free market:

"Having a public plan out there that also shows that maybe if you take some of the profit motive out, maybe if you are reducing some of the administrative costs, that you can get an even better deal, that's going to

DeathCare isn’t about curing the real problems which are propelling healthcare costs higher, either.

In other words, the portion of the heathcare industry that he already controls is a bottomless money pit. His solution is to give control over the part of the healthcare industry that still works like gang-busters to the Nanny State Nitwits who flushed Medicaid and Medicare down the crapper. If DeathCare was intended to fix problems exacerbated by Nanny State antics, it would include a meaningful attempt to reign in the out of control shysters whose frivolous malpractice suits make the cost of medical care insanely expensive.

DeathCare is, as the name implies, a Draconian, tyrannical, turd which plans to systematically exterminate those deemed - by a Nanny State bureaucrat - to be better off dead:

The version of President Obama's universal health care plan pending in the U.S. House would require "end-of-life" counseling for senior citizens, and the former lieutenant governor for the state of New York is warning people to "protect their parents" from the measure.

At issue is section 1233 of the legislative proposal that deals with a government requirement for an "Advance Care Planning Consultation."

Betsy McCaughey, the former New York state officer, told former president candidate Fred Thompson during an interview on his radio program the "consultation" is no more or less than an attempt to convince seniors to die.

"One of the most shocking things is page 425, where the Congress would make it mandatory absolutely that every five years people in Medicare have a required counseling session," she said. "They will tell [them] how to end their life sooner."

The proposal specifically calls for the consultation to recommend "palliative care and hospice" for seniors in their mandatory counseling sessions. Palliative care and hospice generally focus only on pain relief until death. (World Net Daily)

DeathCare is exactly what this stinker really involves. It seals our fate, by giving the punks who screwed up Medicaid and Medicare control of ALL healthcare in America. It seals our fate, by putting private insurance carriers out of business. It seals our fate, by putting 100,000 new Nanny State bureaucrats between each patient, and the healthcare he, she, heshe, or it needs. It seals our fate, by suffocating medical practitioners with mountains of bureaucratic bullshit. It seals our fate, by unleashing the law degreed hyenas on healthcare providers.

DeathCare lives down to its name, when it makes DEATH seem like an improvement over those Obamunist, slave of the Nanny State shackles. DeathCare is a loaded gun pointed at the head of each sovereign American individual. Flushing it isn’t good enough. If they pass this thing, they are condemning us to death. I refuse to go down quietly. It’s time to put these liberty hating, America destroying, sons-of-bitches out of our misery, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.
