Senator Ted "What Bridge" Kennedy being honored by Harvard

It looks like everyone is going ape shit with joy over Senator Ted "What Bridge" Kennedy lately...

From USA Today --
The Massachusetts Maritime Academy has announced it will rename its training ship The Kennedy in tribute to the Kennedy clan. Officials in Boston have unveiled a proposal to build a national institute focused on the U.S. Senate and Kennedy's legacy. Kennedy has even won honors from the governments of Mexico and Chile.

The highest-profile event was to come Monday afternoon, with Harvard University set to bestow an honorary degree....

Harvard says the honor recognizes Kennedy's "lifelong commitment to public service and his tireless efforts as a champion for a range of social issues," including health care, civil rights, labor, the environment and education. Others who have been honored with special convocations include Nelson Mandela and Winston Churchill. More...

Sure did - he denied Mary Jo Kopechne her civil rights to freedom while she labored for breath when he left her in the car he drove off the bridge, after a night of drinking, into the enviromentally friendly Poucha Pond where he then refused to get her health care.

He was educated enough to know by abandoning her - his Kennedy Klan could use their lifelong commitment to public service to whitewash the incident.

Now before any of you lug-headed asshat lefty's tell me how terrible I am for slamming Kennedy because he has cancer - BITE ME!

He left a women to die - I hope his head explodes!
