The first secretary of the Bulgarian embassy in Russia has died, Interfax agency reports Friday.
At 10:50 AM local time the diplomat fell off the eighth floor of the embassy building in Moscow and died instantly upon impact. Russian police arrived at the scene of the incident but weren't allowed into the building.
The reason for the tragedy is currently unknown.
Russia, foriegn diplomat, just fell off the building, reason unknown. Sort of makes you go hmmmm.....
