Democrats Recipe for Defeat

Determined to undermine the efforts of the U.S. and our allies in the Iraq War and our War on Terror, democrats continue pandering to their anti-war base.

If one did not know any better, you would swear they are in collusion with the enemy. Or are they?

In a show of support for our enemy, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, has stated that he will move to cut funding for our troops if President Bush does not submit to their demand on setting a deadline for troop removal in the emergency war spending bill.

Stomping his feet and ignoring the recent success in Iraq, directly related to the "surge" in troops, Reid threatens he will join in Sen. Russ Feingold's quest to push his bill to cut funding.

Crafted with the abilities of a short order cook slinging hash at the local greasy spoon, their recipe for defeat calls for -

• Allow U.S. troops to remain in Iraq solely to conduct "limited operations" against terror groups, to provide support for U.S. "infrastructure and personnel" and to train Iraqi security forces. All other troops would have to be withdrawn by the 2008 deadline.

•Prohibit spending funds from any U.S. government source for military purposes in Iraq.

•Require that a phased withdrawal of troops in Iraq begin within 120 days of the bill's enactment into law.

Most democrats are happy to serve up this recipe for defeat, as rumor has it some of their strongest supporter's, Jock, Al-Qaeda and Iran have expressed their gratitude.

I wonder how some of the democrat women like, Ninny Pelosi, Hillary and Barney Frank will look in a burqa?
