A Jewish Hanukkah Hater

I guess the poisonous korrectnik blood pumping through the veins of the liberal log heads here in the U.S. has migrated across the ocean to Israel.

The Rappaport family wanting to celebrate Hanukkah, requested a Menorah from Lubavitcher emissary in the north Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Oirechman. After the Rappaport family and other residents of the secular kibbutz lit the Menorah they spent the evening celebrating with song and dance. In the morning when the awoke, they found the Menorah & their Hanukkah dreams crushed.

In a style that would make the ACLU proud, Tvzi Assaf, the onion eating Jewish Grinch running the Kibbutz town of Afek stomped out any hopes of celebrating Hanukkah....

This morning, Rappaport and other locals found their public menorah shattered to pieces. Tvzi Assaf, head of the kibbutz, took credit for the attack on Hanukkah, telling residents he was protesting any public display of religious Judaism in the mostly secular Israeli community.

Assaf was quoting telling town residents he was afraid of an "infiltration" of religious Jews into his community or that local secular Jews would become more observant. More....

On what is considered a celebration more than a religious holiday, Assaf's attack on the Menorah is being compared to the goose stepping Nazi's. Considering the response he gave to Shturem.Net about his jack-booted destruction of the Menorah, I would have to agree he has some deep rooted issues....

When asked why he did it he replied "because I don't want 'Baalei Teshuva' (religious Jews) in this Kibbutz."

Be it a viewed as religious holiday or a time of celebration, the stomping of the Menorah by this Jack Booted - Jewish Korrectnik Grinch, (sorry, I don't know the Jewish word for idiot, moron, etc...), is no better than the attacks on Christmas here in the United States or elsewhere in the world.
