Police Taser Professional Drunk for Biting Himself

I had to read this twice..... then once more, and then once again!

An Eastlake resident has 12 DUI convictions. On 49-year-old Wayne Wykof's 13th DUI arrest, he doesn’t cooperate with police, who taser him when he allegedly refuses to stop biting himself. Wykof also allegedly spit in an officer's face when being placed in a cell and could face a felony charge of harassment with a bodily substance. Click here to watch video at MyFOXCleveland.com.
