The Plain Dealer is again chronicling the abuse customers of Cleveland Water Dept must face when dealing with this unregulated utility affecting 1.5 million customers stretching to the far corners of four counties.As you will see in the PD's list of reports outlining CWD's poor customer service and their practice of over-billing - getting an issue resolved with CWD is a complete exercise in futility.So, our brainless area leaders continue discussing several meaningless "musical chair" types of reform and regionalism for saving this area- yet they refuse to discuss the one thing that is negatively affecting communities in four counties and 1.5 million users - Cleveland Water Department.
